Ce tout nouveau condo magnifique situé au cœur de Traverse City est maintenant disponible à la réservation. Vous serez à une courte distance de marche de restaurants, bars, plages, boutiques et plus encore. C'est vraiment l'endroit où aller pour séjourner à Traverse City! Nous sommes situés au coin de Cass St et E Eighth Street. En face du condo, vous trouverez The Old Town Playhouse pour nos invités du Festival du film. Il y a des restaurants incroyables sur le même bloc, y compris The Parlour, Rare Bird, Firefly et plus encore! Nous sommes à environ 10 minutes à pied de Clinch Park / Beach. La plupart des invités d'été garent leur voiture et marchent partout. Vous allez adorer ce condo et son emplacement!

Condo was perfect for a couple's weekend getaway. Convenient location just a few short blocks from downtown. Parking was no problem in November, but could be during peak season as there are more units than parking spaces.

Very nice apartment near downtown Traverse City. The only issue with this place is parking. This building has a very small parking lot. We found a parking spot on the street but just be aware of this.

Our apartment was clean and well stocked with plenty of room. It is a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and close to many really good restaurants. We found lots of interesting places to walk including an impressive old neighborhood with outstanding architecture. Biggest drawback is the parking situation.

This was a great location and condo. It was very comfortable, very clean and neat. The host was great too. We were out and about so never used the kitchen but having the k-cups there in the morning was perfect for us. Parking space is very tight and limited but that was explained in the write up. We would definitely come back!

Great location, close to shops, food and the lakefront. Very clean condo, had everything we needed for our stay. The location is an easy drive if you want to explore Sleeping Bear!

The rental unit was very clean except for the vent in the bathroom.
Parking was challenging there seemed to be a truck permanently parked in one of the spots and snow removal was nonexistent.

Stayed with my husband and sons who are 10 and 12. We had a great time. Loved the location. Very clean and owners were immediately responsive. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We were very happy with the condo, it made for a great home base for our long weekend trip to TC. The Kitchen was supplied well enough for us to make a simple breakfast each day, and the location was very convenient. The bed did not suit our backs, but that's a ymmv thing. Probably our only main complaint was the parking situation, there is not enough on site parking, and it's in an odd place that's not super easy to get to. Do not plan on free parking unless you are getting in early in the day and walking downtown. There is a parking garage adjacent to the property, so that is convenient at least.

Great property, great location (we walked everywhere) This is our 2nd time renting one of Lisa's units. The condo is nicely furnished and has everything you need. Lisa always responds quickly and is a great host!

Lisa and David’s Capri property was wonderful! We stayed Sunday-Wednesday in mid-August. The property was clean and safe, and the hosts were fast to respond when we had a few small questions. The condo is close enough to the busy shopping streets of TC to walk to quickly, even for our six year old, but far enough away to have a secluded and relaxed feel. Everything was walking distance (grocery store, the beach/parks, restaurants, shopping), and the condo was quiet and hosted an epic game of Monopoly at night. We would stay here again for sure!

We were able to walk to practically everywhere we wanted to go. Condo did not disappoint, clean and spacious with many amenities. Minor drawback is the limited parking but not enough to keep us from booking in the future.

This condo is in a great location to walk to everything in Traverse City! It is very nicely decorated. The only downside was the parking situation, there should be a designated spot for each condo in the lot. The garage was convenient, but having to pay was a bummer. We would stay here again for sure!
