Lovely, clean & spacious apartment with fantastic view of the lake.

The view was amazing. Beds super comfy.
It would have been good to be told that the pool wasn’t private as it was shared with other people. Also, the walls are super thin so we were quite often kept up by neighbours.

very good location. had all the required amenities. the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. the view was incredible.
there were few spider cobwebs in a couple of corners.

View from balcony was the best part of the stay.
Bed was not very sturdy and was making crackling sounds while turning.

Instructions how to find the key and the apartment were very detailed and easy to follow. No physical contact with anyone whatsoever, but frequent messages via the booking app. The apartment was spotless clean, heating was strong. Close parking. Rooms are sufficiently sized. Bellano is a nice little town.
Slightly moldy odor, sensitive noses be careful. No dish washer. Beds and cushions rather uncomfortable. Only one room with a view, the second one looks against a wall. One of the neighbors was burning wood all the time so no fresh air, at least in winter.

La Vista has a wonderful view of the lake, it is well equipped and spacious, well maintained and clean. The Wifi was stable and we were able to comfortably hold online meetings when we needed to work.

Everything, except the cover of the bed and the cover of the pillow, maybe also the pillow it seems like old pillow. Only that.☺️

The views of lake como were fantastic and location was perfect for touring sight seeing.
Unfortunately a unfinished new build apartment block is blocking the sun from the pool area.
