Not worth the high price..not clean.

Great view and location.

Very dirty and dated. Laundry was communal and dryer didn’t dry well at all. Sand was in the sheets when we got there. Someone else’s hair on the tub wall. Stains on the curtains. These are just some of the things…

Acceptable, small changes would go a long way, there are so other options for the price

Location View Was very clean

-The couch is awful sinks in the middle we stuffed it with pillows - dining room chairs also worn cushions sunk in - spare bedroom has chipped paint patches - master bathroom wallpaper is old and peeling - no beach towels to use make sure to bring ur own we bought some and had to figure out where to fit them going home - the gate code to access the property was changed without telling us we had to beg others to let us in until I called the vacasa

Wonderful trip, would gladly do it again!

Great view from our balcony, located on the beach, wonderful beach, comfy beds, close to many restaurants, grocery store and shopping.

No beach chairs or beach towels.

the beds were horrible, the two double beds frames were broken and every time we even sat on them the bed fell through the frame..

Nice complex and condo. Non existent staff.

No breakfast.

Confused at arrival. Was told to arrive at 4pm Sunday. Received emails telling me gate codes and what I assumed was a door code. No one was in the office. Sign on door said open weekdays at 9;30 to 4? Or 5. Was unsure of our condo number. All I was told it was Stevens condo, Destin on the Gulf. Didn't see hardly any staff our whole week there. There was somebody in the office for a short time midweek. A number on the office door I called on Sunday around 3:30 pm went to voicemail with no response. I guessed which condo was ours based on photos I saw online and I guessed correctly. Other than the invisible staff the place was quite nice. I know we were somewhat off season but not sure what we would have done if there was an emergency or something.

very nice condo and beautiful location

bed and pillows were very comfortable. having 2 types of coffee pots was helpful. balcony furniture was very nice. very well decorated and beautiful condo.

it’s kinda dark inside with some rooms with no overhead lights.

relatively nice but not impressed with Destin overall. Initially had reservations in Ft Myers Beach so this was a last m

beachfront access, quiet location

countertops not clean, unable to watch tv in living room, first sink in master bath clogged, low quality soap products & toilet paper, extreme poor water pressure in master bath/shower (had to use shower in guest bath only due to minimal water flow) no restaurants within walking distance, no beach towels in condo

Extremely Disappointing!

Only the location.

The pictures of the unit should be posted...NOT pics of another unit. Include something in the Fine Print, which I read, that states you are not renting the condo in the pictures. Even the photos of the different unit on the site were on my reservation!

Very satisfied with our stay at this place and it was so easy and accommodating!

great location, easy access to beach area, very clean condo

the only issue and it really wasn’t an issue but the elevators do not have any kind of air flow in them so it was very hot on our ride up to the 7th floor.

Not what we expected/thought we booked.

The view was beautiful and access to the beach. We also liked that it was gated and had the two provided parking spots.

The property we stayed at, is not the property in the listing photos through Booking.com. We stayed in Condo Stevens and it was so dark (we used the flashlight on our phones to see, even with the few dim lights on) there was grim buildup on every handle/sinks, dusty, and had broken curtains. There was random junk in garbage bags and in the bathroom drawers and cabinets. It wasn’t designed or maintained for you to be impressed and comfortable.

Flawed Perfection

The location was exactly what we wanted out of the trip. The beach is flawless and it's right there. Very private and not at all over crowded.

It was expensive. The unit is also very dated and needs updating. They left enough toilet paper, but not enough of anything else, which for the price, shouldn't happen.

The bathroom tub didn’t drain good had a lot of hair, I had to clean it so the water could drain when showering.

the view was amazing!

wasn't very clean, dirty bedding, towels were stiff didn't have enough toiletries like toilet paper, and no coffee filters,too much wall paper which was coming off

The carts that are used to take your luggage to the room are awful. I couldn’t believe that this nice a place would have These for they guests who are in general older people. A little maintenance on them would fix the problems.

Passable

Close proximity to the beach and access to the beach. Staff was quick about getting us some trash bags when we called and requested them. Working staff were friendly.

1) No curtain over window in kitchen. 2) No bigger glasses than juice glasses in cabinet. 3) Sunflower seeds left on floor from previous guest. 4) Window barely opened in master bedroom - maybe 3 inches - couldn’t enjoy breeze from outside. 5) Key was left in door and not in lockbox when we first arrived. 6) No cutting board in kitchen. Noticed cut marks on counter top from previous visitors. 7) Bottom of screen door was not attached to track. 8) Condo in general needs repainting. 9) Right hallway door covering washer/dryer was off track at the top making it hard to close. 10) Beds were hard. 11) Furniture in living room was dirty. 12) Dishes were dirty when we first got there. Had to wash them first to use them.

Don't want to leave! ❤

Just about everything. Part of me doesn't want to leave! I'd definitely stay here again!

The only thing that could be improved is to add a window covering in the kitchen area so when people walk by they can't look right in. Otherwise it was excellent!
