I personally recommend this apartment. A huge hall and enough for a big family to gather and make an occasion. Facilities and utilities are all there. Comfortable like u are in your own house. Kudos.
Just a small improvement for your water heater. It was intermittent hot water flowing.

The place is stated at such a high place. But thankfully the reserved parking for us is stated in a safe location.

A lot of beds, 10 adults can live in.
Old apartment, need a lot of maintenance. The unit is on the hill, you have to climb your way up if you're walking.

This building is like an old building and seems like it is haunted. The parking lot and lift is a bit scary, but the house is okay, it was comfortable. The only uncomfortable thing is the exterior of the building.

The home-stay was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Our host was so friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on local places to visit and eat.
One significant downside was the lack of ironing facilities. It was quite annoying to find out that guests needed to bring their clothes downstairs to the homestay key collection counter for ironing.

It would be better if they can provide 2 car parks instead of 1 carpark for 2 small cars. Its hard to get into and out of the car if u jammed 2 car in 1 single parking space

Strategic location , the house is clean and tidy can fit a big group of family. All the facilities are provided as mentioned earlier.

Excellent stay. My family was super comfortable and highly recommended for everyone. Super cold at night and it was so good and wonderful feel to be spent with family.

Location is great, just next to Petronas at Brinchange. Pretty easy to everywhere. Check in and out were super easy. Hotpot and rice cooker were provided, water heater is working fine
Kitchen is quite dirty, ie: Kitchen floor oily, the dishwasher cabinet is quite worn out, 2 power points in kitchen are not functioning. No powerpoint in bedroom to charge phone, the mattress in bedroom 1 and 2 are quite worn out also that can feel we were sleeping on spring instead of bed.

Very nice & clean homestay. good spot & a lot of shops, restaurant nearby. There a nasi lemak stall near the petronas station. The nasi lemak is ok for me.
