Great location, parking, breakfast, staff. Special thanks to Win and Kata (sorry if misspelled) at the breakfast for a great service exceeding the duty - already a reason to coming back again. Very welcoming hotel from reception to restaurant really. Thanks, and till next time - see you.
Just minor details I didn't even find time to mention at the desk, sorry for that. The aircon.needs maintenance and consider more convenient and quality soap dispenser concept, please.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Anfahrt. Problemloser CheckIn. Nähe zur U-Bahnstation Schönbrunn. Ruhiges Zimmer.
Wir mussten zweimal wegen des Auffüllens der Kaffee-Ecke im Zimmer nachfragen. Ist nicht schlimm; ein Morgenkaffee hilft aber beim Aufstehen :-)

El hotel es impecable, instalaciones inmejorables, limpieza, comodidad. Un 10 para las camas y el desayuno, quizás solo le faltaba un tostador. La recepción en general de media bien, aunque sin duda el más agradable y simpático el chico español que trabaja allí
La regulación de la temperatura de la ducha, no era muy buena, ya que por la noche, en el mínimo de fría, salía el agua ardiendo, como para pelar almendras. La puerta del baño no cerraba del todo bien.

I found absolutely not acceptable the aditional cost for the breakfast if we can’t decide when we make the check-in (if you buy the breakfast when you do check-in the price is one, if you decide jus book a breakfast in the following day you pay more). I propose that you eliminate this difference that just upset you customers

Good location (right next to Schloss Schönbrunn) but it takes 30 minutes to downtown by metro U4. Hotel staff is friendly and can speak English very well. Very smooth car parking experience.
Think twice if you are willing to pay EUR 18 for breakfast.

The hotel is great choice for a shorter stay and very close to the Schönbrunn Caste, 5 min walk. The family room was clean and enough space for 3 persons. Breakfast was perfect for us with enough choices. Also parking was available for us on the hotel site. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The location of the hotel is great, public transportation and Schonbrunn just a short walk from the hotel. Easy to reach the city centre
I would expect to have body wash, shampoo and conditioner included, so as shower cap. There was just body wash and shampoo 2in1

Location is conveniently near subway station.
Wifi connection was quite unstable. Had to sign-in quite frequently.
Only 1 bottle of drinking water was provided for my 4 nights's stay.

The room was perfect, very clean and comforting, very modern. The staff spoke English very well, so the communication was no issue. Excellent spot if you want to visit Schönbrunn or Vienna in general, because metro station is very close.

Hotel was situated literally next to Schönbrunn gardens. Room was very well furnished, comfortable and clean. There was a parking available and pet friendly policy. Breakfast was ok.
