The property was above and beyond our expectations. The view was amazing and so close to the beach, literally across the street. Close to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location, Location, Location. Amazing views and wonderful property. Spacious accommodations and professionally designed interior. Some age showing in exterior furniture but will definitely revisit.

This house and location/view of the ocean would be the envy of anyone on the Island! My husband and I booked the house for us and our two adult sons and daughter-in-laws and it was incredibly spacious! We enjoyed great weather, beach life and game nights at a large table perfect for the six of us! Upgrades on the showers and fridge would help and a major storm occurred one night with leaky windows. however we would definitely book again!

This house and location/view of the ocean would be the envy of anyone on the Island! My husband and I booked the house for us and our two adult sons and daughter-in-laws and it was incredibly spacious! We enjoyed great weather, beach life and game nights at a large table perfect for the six of us! Upgrades on the showers and fridge would help and a major storm occurred one night with leaky windows. however we would definitely book again!

The location of this house to the beach is key. It was great with the large group we had to get all our stuff down to the beach. The access to convenient places around us was nice also. Plenty of space and great views.

There were eight adults and one 15-month old infant that stayed at this property during our stay. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We had an issue with the refrigerator the day we checked in but as soon as we called, they sent a repairman out to us instantly... and by instantly I mean there was someone there within minutes to take care of us. The property is located in the most convenient area... just steps from the beach. It is walking distance to the large pier and SEVERAL shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here in our future. We would all recommend this property to anyone. It was well worth every cent paid towards our stay.

I am known as a clean freak, so I am very picky about cleanliness, please keep that in mind. First impressions was the surfaces were clean, but I ran my hand across the counters and they were gritty. My 9 month old granddaughter was with us, we swept the floors and rugs and were shocked the amount of dirt left behind. The dog hair was disgusting(we thought there were no animals allowed. Also, the amount of sand underneath the rugs filled the dustpan. Bathrooms were cleaned but mold was starting to grow in tubs and showers.Positives: Kitchen well stocked Refrigerator spotlessInside stove spotlessCeiling fans spotless (which impressed me)Furniture was in excellent shape-looked newAll bedding was spotlessRooms spaciousBlinds on windows were very clean which was impressiveThey do ask to make sure all dishes are clean before you leave which is great in theory but every single dish I took out had food and dirt on it. It confused me why the easy stuff was ignored.

It felt like a cozy home! 4 bedrooms total, 2 of those rooms had 2 beds in each; one with 2 twin beds, and 1 with 2 full beds. We had 4 adults (2 couples) and six kids. They all fit perfectly! 3 bathrooms were convenient and we stayed in and cooked most nights in the kitchen. Everything was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, relaxing, and wonderful!

This duplex/Condo was spacious, clean, near everything, and it has an amazing view of the beach. It was a bit loud outside on the weekend from traffic and pedestrians, but the rest of the week was super peaceful. You can hear footsteps throughout the day from the upstairs unit. I could hear the tv and music as well. It never kept us awake. Kitchen has everything you need as far as pots and pans, dishes, and cooking tools. You’ll need all your own spices And condiments. Beds were okay as far as comfort. The pillows were straight shite. Bring your own bed pillows.Otherwise, we loved that we could walk to most of the places we wanted to go. We brought bikes and found nice bike trails. Parking spaces for two cars was generous. It has a fireplace, but you’re not allowed to have a fire. It was too warm for a fire, so it was fine. Just don’t set your heart on having a fire.

The views were awesome. We could see ships on the horizon lining up to come in and out of the Savannah River, day & night. We are planning to return in the future.

This property is in excellent condition with the perfect location directly across the road from the beach access and walking distance from shops, restaurants and the pier. We had six adults and six children and the property comfortably sleep everyone. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and look forward to returning!
