A large pleasant one bedroom apartment at a lower level in a tall building surrounded by tall buildings. Lift available. Public beach only a short walk away but, as usual in coastal Italy, necessary to cross a busy main road. Convenient local shopping street.

If arriving by car absolutely necessary to pay extra for a garage as street parking outside the building is metered. Safe underground garage located approximately 100 metres away. Somewhat claustrophobic as the balcony is completely overlooked by other apartment blocks. The owner telephone number on our arrival documentation was incorrect. Necessary to chase access to apartment through Booking.com.

Well equipped, very good location, great value for money, helpful host and if you’re with the car then the garage is an excellent option. Building has as well an elevator which is good, as apartment is on the 3rd floor (careful to close both inside doors and outside door of the elevator otherwise others can’t use it). Last thing it has as well good Wifi internet and generally mobile data and coverage are great overall Albissola Marina.

Some small renovations could be done to the doors, otherwise everything is fine. Some noise from the elevator can be heard time to time, but I would say not really too bothersome.
