Recently renovated apartment at the heart of Cagliari

The apartment had a constant smell of mold. Wardrobe had visible marks, Door of the room was bloated with moisture. Air-condition was poorly installed and as a result it was dripping inside the apartment. Manager showed us how to place a bowl underneath but because of the wrong installation it was of no use. Definitely not value for money and don't recommend it. Needs serious repairments

Fantastic location, in the heart of old Town of Cagliafi. Close to restaurants and bars.

I liked everything.

The host was quite nice and provided a good tip in terms of restaurants, and the location is amazing.

Air conditioning dripping water on the kitchen/living room floor so that almost a pond appeared every morning, the AC was also very noisy at night. The shower was also not very well isolated, with a considerable amount of water spilling outside every time it was used. Finally, the breakfast was pretty bad. The juice, coffee, and yogurts were good, but the rest was not up to standards.

The location, in central Cagliari was great. It was only one street away from a shopping street. There were also many good restaurant and bars nearby. It was the perfect apartment to stay with friends. Enough space, clean towels, toiletries were present.

Maybe a few more pots or pans would be handy.

Great neighborhood! Village feel! Great stay!

Not really anything not to like !

Location was excellent. Host was very helpful when we ran into an issue and rectified it for us straight away. It was peaceful, but close to everything - restaurants, shops, sightseeing - all on the doorstep.
