Wechecked in really late at night around 1pm, we needed a place to sleep for one night as we were returning from our vacation in Turkey. The young receptionist was very friendly and polite to serve us at that late hour.
The hotel is nasty, no improvments since 1990s. very sovietish. We requested a room with three beds. He gave us two double rooms on different levels. The elevator had no safety door!!!! One room had been ised and not cleaned from previous guests. The walls are super thin, you could hear everything from adiacent rooms. I DO NOT RECOMEND it cost 68.00 EURO. Stay away from this location

Wonderful little town with tones of trees and flowers (it's like the town in located in a big park on the sea side), beautiful architecture, the bays and the sea are amazing. Small sea water, perfectly clean, no rocks. Lovely old church of Saints Constantin and Elena is a small, peaceful place, wonderfully preserved.
Hotel is very close to the sea (3-5 minutes walk), close to downtown and to good stores for groceries / gifts, nice coffee places and restaurants (7-10 minutes walk). We were pleasantly surprised to find many vegan and raw vegan choices in local stores and restaurants.
The hotel is old (like, from communism age old and it has the characteristic style and look) but in good condition.
We had sea view, which was gorgeous. Staff was always very friendly and very helpful. The food was great, home cooked style, good variety, everything very fresh, plenty of meat / vegetarians choices. Cleaning was decent (not spotless, but decent - the bathroom was very clean and this is what we're most interested in when it comes to cleaning. For us, some spider nets here and there won't kill our vacation vibe :)
The indoor pool was wonderful. We chose this hotel for the mineral water pool and we were not disappointed. 30-32 degrees water temperature, we spent at least one hour a day swimming in the pool. Swimming in the mineral water really did wonders for our bodies :) we are young but working on the computer 10 hours a day has it's price in back and leg pain :) so the pool was absolutely perfect for these issues.
Wi-fi was decent, we could even watch some Netflix on the laptop (with breaks from time to time, but still ok)
The hotel is not a luxury or fancy place. The town doesn't offer night cubs or such "modern" activities. So if you are looking for this, it probably won't be your cup of tea.
Our vacation purpose was to swim as much as possible, to rest, to walk in nice places, to eat :) and to escape from the city.
The mattress were not good at all, nor the pillows. I will bring my topper and my own pillow next time :)
TV was pretty old and only featured some Bulgarian channels (most of them doubled in Bulgarian language). We knew this is a big possibility so we brought our Netflix and watched a few movies that we didn't have time to watch back home :)
Some WiFi ups and downs, so if you have to work (or watch movies) have your own data connection as a backup. We didn't need it much, but if was useful to have it.

Friendly staff, they always help you when you have questions. The location is perfect! No problem with parking. Very nice view. Very cheap price!
We had to leave on the second day around 12:00 due to extraordinary circumstances.
We asked them if they could refund some of the amount, but the manager said it was not possible. Maybe hotel policy.

Not far from the beach, nice view from the balcony and panoramic coffee on top floor.
Needs renovation. Too tiny rooms.

Location and sea view from a high floor, corner room - is stunning! The room was clean, sunny (east and south) with big windows on two walls! We could see the sun rise and the full moon from the bed! Very large terrace (on 2 walls) with 2 chairs but not renovated. Clean bed linen, beds very comfy, new furniture, good air conditioning, old functional TV. The food (brekfast and dinner) was very good. It is close to beach (3 min) and Aqua House (2 min). It is a 3 star-hotel, do not have expectations for a 5 star-hotel. The room rate is very good. Staff is very kind- we thank you to the manager - Mrs. Dani Valerieva for a wonderful 3 night-vacation! We will come back!
In the restaurant the cutlery is put in a big basket - I suggest to be placed on the tables because I saw an person coughing in the palm and then touching with the same hand many pieces of cutlery to choose one. Also, I suggest to put on the table over the tablecloth some pieces of paper for one person that can be changed after one use. The tablecloths are textile and have scarced small stains, but they were changed once with immaculate ones. In the bathroom there is not a hairdryer, but I asked at reception and received one very good.

We liked excellent location, comfortable hotel parking for free for guests, good hotel pool with mineral water. Most of staff was pleasant and helpful except for one man at reception. Unfortunately it was not possible to pay by card, however a manager was very kind and exchanged us money for good rate and no commission. The choice of meals for breakfasts and dinners was very nice, meals were tasty. Rooms and everything was rather clean inspite of old equipment.
You need to be prepared that it is a "retro" hotel with old equipment. Beds are not comfortable any more, mattresses are in bad condition. Toilet was sometimes stinking. Dark curtains (less see-through) instread of light yellow would be more efficient against strong sun shine. However in general everything was rather clean and practical.

Perfect location in 250 m from Black Sea coast and in 100 m from the monastery of St. Constantine & Elena. Light Flair of communist time Bulgaria. Good breakfast and dinners are included in price. Own mineral-water 25m swimming-pool and massage rooms. Modern air conditioners. Big parking. Mid-size supermarkets in 200m (local bulgarian one) and in 500m (Lidl)
In the rooms 54, 84, 85 All furniture and TVs(!) are from 1980s-1990s. During the breakfast and dinner time both elevators are overcrowded. Dinners and especially breakfasts could be much more diverse (there were totally about 25 different food types within 8 days).

Location is perfect, 2 minutes to the beach and Aqua Centre.
Very basic and tatty.

Food was nice, we had a half board option and stayed satisfied.
We stayed on 8th floor and the view from the room was amazing. The only good thing about this hotel besides the tasty food
The beach is a light 5 min walk
Leaves much to be desired. We did understand that for the price we wouldn't get much, but we stayed 1 week, and they didnt clean the room, not even once. I kept on asking at the reception every day, but once they came, put toilet paper and didnt even change the towels. Ridiculous
Also the hotel is very old, probably never been renovated since the soviet union

The Reastaurant on plein air was exellent solution; the staff was frendly and kind - willing to assit and help. The Panorama caffe gives a magnifique view. The swimming pool with hot mineral water and the wellness center are big plus for this hotel. The location is also one of the best.
The room wasn't cleaned regullarly the towels weren't replaced regullarly; The breakfast was too limited no wariations. Dinner low quality in many cases. It was obvious that the hotel is under staffed - they were doing their best.

Location .
Free parking.
Good food.
The room picture on Booking.com is from their "apartment " which is actually a studio. I paid for 2 adults and 2 children (9-11) and they try to put me in a 10-11 sq meter room .When I saw the room was dirty , smell of sewer dirty bedsheets, no towels etc.
Half of the hotel was renovated sometime ago(I think late 90s),
but the rest is still in 1970.
Late in the night around 23.30 I received a studio, big enough to accommodate my family of 4. It was ok , still not properly cleaned but...
Food was good , above expectations.

Tbe location is Perfect.. but this is an old school resort. In the past was a perfect hotel. Today it is not.. the only nice guy was the the reciption boy.. A young guy with big a smile and very kind attetude..
Food was not ok.. after one of evening dinings me and my wife from a botato salad with onion . I blowed up three times all the night stayed in the toilet..
Our room was not ready due to wrong interpritation of the reservation, it was considered only two adults. W/o children.. .
At the end. My wife slept on one single bed..the two boys slept on the other single bed, My self 190cm slept on a very old furniture full with dust.....
During the dying intervals The managers are sitting on table. Exactly on the entrance of the food lobby. Watching everybody what is in his 🍽️. Behaving like the metal detector machines in the mall like if you take something and you didn't pay..

Great view, big room, nice quiet area.
Breakfast and dinner were good and plentiful.
Staff is helpful and polite. They did their best and provided a satisfactory lunch, although they weren't exactly prepared for it.
Beach was close, surroundings were nice, with plenty of nice alleys for walks.
Thermal pool, with warm water, is really enjoyable.
Overall it was a pleasant stay with great value for money.
- The room didn't have black out curtains, so it was bright & sunny from 6 AM
