Not worth the price!

Location was close to the Orpheum.

Parking was paid for and not available when returned after performance. Shuttle was not available due to staff crashing it. Would have been a 2 hour wait to go 12 blocks. The breakfast was gone by 9:00 am on Sunday morning.

It worked just fine

The breakfast was good enough but there was a lack of seating both mornings. staff was good and room was clean

I didn't like paying an extra $30 for parking, I didn't notice that when I booked the room. Also a couple more towels would have been ok

location

the maid let someone into my room without my permission while i was sleeping.. this is very unprofessional and unsafe.. it honestly scares me that all she had to. do is is tell the maid that she was my girlfriend and she was let into my room im missing 4500 i had brought with me to omaha to get a new car .. That 4500 was money from my 401k that i cash ed in so i could get a reliable vehicle..i got my money back for my stay at the hotel that day .. well they cancelled the trasaction but it will be on hold for a week or two .. this is so unprofessional and i believe holliday in stafe put my life in danger.. i font feel safe in hotels anymore

Parking was a bit tricky trying to find a parking spot.

Decent stay not the worst could have been better

I liked the staff and breakfast

No extra pillows in the room, and no type of information about the motel in the rooms and there was hair in the shower, and the shower doors wouldn't stay closed

I did not stay at this Hilton.

I did not know about the hidden fees that were involved. I had agreed to what booking .Com had posted on their website. This is fraud and i want my money back in full. I did not stay at the Hotel. Had I known, I would had looked around for better accommodation.

Showed up 30min after booking to find out there was no where to park with a trailer and they wouldn't refund our money or transfer to another IHG hotel that could accommodate our parking needs. (Nothing giant, regular pickup and flatbed trailer)

Great place to stay with very nice staff!

Breakfast was hot, good variety and fresh.

The keurig in my room hadn’t been cleaned but I consider this minor. There is free coffee downstairs but nice to have in the room for convenience.

The parking spots are limited and you have to pay to park.

I will come back next year

All the staff are friendly and the location of the hotel is very accessible for the tourist spots with hotel shuttle that really amazed me. Very Good ambiance

We will not stay here again.

The location was a mess. We had to pay for parking. There was trash hidden in our towels in the bathroom. We had to ask for soap. There was no hot tub. The breakfast the first day was awful. The lady serving the food could not keep anything full.
