I was absoulately discusted in the place. it was nothing to what the photos on computer showed. the house was all locked up when arrived, so so hot it was unbearable. we turned on air con in lounge area left it on for 3 hours went out when we came back it was not one bit cool. one ceiling fan in a bedroom. it was dirty looks like the house hasnt been cleaned for awhile, i rang real estate (first National) to tell about air con, thinki9ng the would come and have a look at it but of course didnt come. it was advertised as pet friendly no pets allowed in house, falsy advertising. lawn was discrasful > as the air con wasnt working propaly and the house was just way to hot to stop in, i rang realestate and asked if we could get our money back as we wanted to come home. they refused. we paid for 3 nights and didnt spend one night there, real estate were quite rude. we are pensioners and we saved for this little holiday as we dont go on holidays, and we lost every cent we paid. i just was so disappointed i cried. we had a small dog zhutsui only 18months old and very well behaved. i could just keep going, but will run out of space.

Thick dust, hot water tap on wrong side and boiling hot, towels smelly, no shade on 3 windows to block blazing sun. Run down shabby.though had a nice shower room, no bath as shown in photos

Great location and a great little house. Fantastic for the dogs. This property was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely return.

The house had mould on walls, towels were smelly, bins and mail box was full and smelly. Dust everywhere, uncleaned fridge, food stains on kitchen cupboards, skirting was black from dirt. Washing machine doesn't work properly, kitchen tap was broken. For the price it was cheap and location to the beach is good. Because it was so cheap I guess you can't expect much. I ended up doing some cleaning and put the bins out for collection. I think I left the place cleaner than when we arrived. I would rent it again as it was cheap and all I need is a toilet, shower and bed.
