Was a nice older style house with a excellent location right across the road from the beach would definitely recommend 👌 for a cheap great location very quite and lovely 😍

The location was great. Overall the house met our needs. It was spacious and had lots of homely touches.

Lots of small issues ruined the experience for us. Lights not working in master bedroom, Air conditioner not working properly, crockery in the cupboard that could have been cleaner, no visible house number made it hard to find in the dark when we arrived, Over charged by the real estate handling the rental.

Loved how close it was to the beach and a nice stroll to centre of town. The house was great and very spacious.

Didn't like how 1 of the lights in the main room was not complete had wires showing. The lighting and fan situation of how to turn on and off and different speeds for the fan was a Lil confusing but we got there. The yard could definitely done with a tidy up and a mow.

Location was awesome, house clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Lights in main b/room didn't work(thank god for the bedside lamps) and light on wall in main room didn't work. It wasn't covered so very sharp edges which is dangerous. Garage door handle is broken and needs replacing as half is broken off so again can be sharp and dangerous. Couldn't work the remote control for garage door but worked from inside button on the control box which we didn't know till we went inside through the back door and read about it being broken. Was very tidy and 99% clean. Maybe let the cleaners know that they need to check behind the couches when they are cleaning as we found some rubbish and a cap(with a couple of badges on) behind it. We left the cap on the book case near the table which obviously belongs to previous holiday stayers.

The location of the property was magical with the beach just across the road. The house was clean and tidy and I loved that they had a second fridge downstairs, the bbq was also great including extra tables downstairs to use in the outside covered area. We loved that they had spare pedestal fans and a high chair for my grandchild. We were very pleased that they had all the cleaning materials incl a vacuum cleaner. There were plenty of pillows and doonas. The decor and layout of furniture was tasteful and beachy and loved the bean bags.

An second toilet downstairs would of been handy. There was no dishwasher. A DVD player is needed to compensate for no wifi. The ceiling light and wall light in the main bedroom had no covers with wires exposed and didn’t work as we were only able to use the bedside lamps. We also weren’t able to open the window Louvers as these were also broken. Split air conditioner would of been handy as the only air con unit was in the lounge room. We had difficulty using the ceiling fans in the 2nd bedroom as had to use a pedestal fan. Only 2 out of the 4 adult push bikes were usable which needed the gears fixing and air in the tyres. A bike pump would of been handy as no local facilities to pump up the tyres. We also had no key for the bike lock. The garage remote key didn’t work as had to walk around the back to open the door and race out when closing. A small stereo with CD player is needed as we used a lot of our own phone data downloading radio stations and playing music.
