We loved being able to walk down to the pacific ocean!

I have communicated several times that we could not stay and apparently no one reads any texts or emails Please stop bothering me

This little cottage has a lovely vibe. The gas stove kept it plenty warm, even when the power went out for a couple of hours. The neighbourhood street was quiet. All appliances worked fine. We would definitely stay again.

Close to the beach, nice porch with ocean views! Two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Plenty of kitchen ware. Including a hand blender and submersible blender.

While we ended up doing more driving because we stayed further south than what we realized, this cottage was the perfect place to come back to and cook dinner. We were able to unwind and prepare for the next day in a quiet neighborhood while seeing the ocean.

Location to the beach is excellent. Easy check in instructions and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only issue I can find is the windows are missing screens, but not a huge issue. I would gladly stay here again.

Cute lil cottage by the sea!

Our stay was wonderful. Had a somewhat view of the ocean. Close enough to hear the waves hitting the beach. Short walks to the beach. House was stocked well and clean.

Perfect. Not much in Moclips, but their country store has a great kitchen (fabulous biscuits and gravy made to order and take and bake pizza.)

Very clean, cute and comfortable. Bathroom and bedrooms are just a bit cramped.

Great little place. Clean, warm and pet friendly. Very close to the beach.

In fairness- it’s this was not the house we were originally booked for. We got a call an hour before we were supposed to check in to our original booking letting us know the water had been shut off and they would either need to refund or rebook us. Given that we had already drive several hours to the destination we didn’t have much of a choice but to take this house. They told us it was an “upgrade” which was not the case at all. Our original booking was for a house on the beach- this house is across the street with a sliver of a beach view. When we arrived the house was filthy. There was an empty box in the living room, trash under all the furniture and a huge pile of trash outside. We swept a massive pile of dirt off the floor as soon as we got in. We ultimately decided to cut our vacation short and only stayed one night in this rental due to the fact that is was filthy and not the location we originally booked. We were told we would be credited for a future stay or refunded- they ended up refunding a very small portion of the trip. So I ended up having to pay 2/3rds of the total bill, even though we weren’t able to stay where we originally booked and only stayed a fraction of our trip. I would never book with Vacasa again. There are many other options in the area, so save yourself the terrible customer experience and book elsewhere.

The house is very clean and cozy. Unfortunately the 2 bedrooms were 2 rooms with beds. No closet or area to put your suitcase. Would be great for 2 people but 4 was not so great. Believe it's 530 square feet not 904. Wasn't expecting it to not have at least closets in bedrooms. You had about a foot around the bed until you met the wall. But as I said it would be great with 2 people and your dogs.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It looked okay from the outside and you know how when you get to some of these places they must have photoshopped the inside.
This place has every amenity you can think of. A complete kitchen with everything. There was even hot sauce that I had forgotten to bring. Stuff to make pancakes, a beater, all kinds of silverware. You name it.
If you want entertainment you got it! Netflix, Disney plus, live news etc, cd player if you really want. Easy to get to the beach. You can’t just walk across, there is too much vegetation.
Very, very clean! Definitely would go again.

Lovely cottage. Lock box very difficult to get into. Gas fireplace not operational and no written instruction. Multiple attempts to resolve over the stay EXTREMELY frustrating and never resolved. Generally clean but dust, dirt and dog hair on floor around fireplace. Friend was covered after getting off the floor looking at stove. Very disappointed. Words did not reflect actions. Second thoughts about using Vrbo/Vacasa again.

The rooms were so comfortable! They really were the best part and they're hardly shown in the pics. Everything else was nice as well.

Checkin was as easy as a text message with door codes. Home was spotless and comfortable. The beach was a short walk away, often empty though the weather was perfect, and provided a peaceful spot to recharge. There’s a small store for essentials and many gorgeous beaches along the scenic highway.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Pictures of cottage should be updated so people know what the sleeping situation is. :)

We were unfortunately not able to get to Moclips until the last day of our planned visit because of travel issues. It was so nice to get to the beautiful cottage with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The cottage was so comfortable and relaxing. We loved the wood floors, brightly colored wood paneled walls and the tin ceiling in the bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked for fixing full meals. Loved it!

Our first impressions of the neighborhood were a bit disappointing, but the cottage was adorable, clean, and felt specious despite its small size. Great access to a gorgeous beach! Microwave handle was broken, shower curtain was mildewed and no dishcloth or kitchen sponge provided. I tried to contact management but was on hold waaaay to long so I hung up. All that said, we’d go again!

Don’t judge a book by its cover

Overall we had a very great trip. Cozy cabin lots of towels and hot water. The cost per day seemed a little confusing to me, as there were numerous fees not included in the cost per day, yet added to the cost all together, though all told was an affordable trip. One of the chairs was missing a bolt nut and washer that would have held it together a little better.

This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We have stayed here twice and both times it was in February, so I cannot comment on how quiet it is during peak season. The house is adorable and well-equipped. The only issues that we had were of a couple of things breaking that didn’t impact our use of them, however the furniture is kind of aging out. Otherwise, I would’ve given this cottage five stars. It is not fancy, just a cute little bungalow at the beach. If you were staying a long time, it is probably good to know that there are no closets and no hangers, so you will need to live out of your suitcase. There are some shelves and coat hooks in the bedrooms. There is a nice yard in the front and in the back for our dogs. It is not fenced, our dogs are trained to be off leash, so it was not a problem for us. There are dogs loose in the neighborhood that belong to the local residents. There is no cable TV service, however it is a smart TV and many of the streaming services are available through the provided internet service. There is also very limited cell phone service. We use AT&T and averaged zero to one bar. Beach walking access is a few doors down to the south , and car access is a couple of blocks to the north. You can see the beach and sunset from the living room/front porch.

The property is perfect for two or a couple with one/two/children/companion. The dishes were excellent, the bedding is good quality. Some minor maintenance issues that did not impact our trip. Ready access to the beach. Lots of clamming on the beach so bring your gear. Lots of local friendly dogs. Good internet, no phone service without a short walk.
