Great location very near Weirs Beach and an easy ride into Meredith. The condo was well-equipped, making it an inviting place in which to dine and relax. The patio, with its morning and early afternoon sun, was most enjoyable.

The bathroom off of the master bedroom is dated and the tile grout and stains in the commode were rather unappealing. The master bedroom closet door - the one open for guest use - dragged on the floor and was impossible to open or close. The common entryway was dirty and the mat near the main entry door always curled up, creating a potential trip hazard.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous patio!

Lots of stairs to get to the unit and definitely not handicap accessible. I was told by the agent there would be a sidewalk access only to find out you had to go down a very steep set of stairs to get to the door of the building and then descend another set of stairs to actually enter the unit! Also I don’t consider it within walking distance of Lake W.
