Beautiful view and lots of fresh air! Rained like crazy a cpl days and was still awesome!
Interior structural work needs to be done. Expect “Primitive, Rustic + ancient cobwebs out of reach”

The view.
Everything Else. We had NO HEAT for Three Days! It was snowing outside. It was as low as 53° inside. The entire weekend was ruined by us spending it on the phone trying to get help from VACASA. They refused to help or refund us. They gave us the cleaning fee back but that was nothing. A weekend away ruined. Money wasted. Hours spent on the phone instead on vacation because we were freezing. The property management even lied and said we wouldn't let them in. Why not, we were freezing! Absolutely zero care or concern from VACASA! NEVER RENT FROM VACASA!

Location was great!!
The cottage was not cleaned from the previous guests when we arrived. We had to wait two hours for a cleaner to show up and clean the cottage.

The location was about the only thing good about this .
While there was some new appliances , Everything else needs to be updated . It has a distinct odor to it , the best way to describe it was like a wet dog . Check in 4:00 pm , the room wasn't made up when we got there . It was done at 5:30 . I had asked if we could arrive at 3:00 pm Vacasa , the property management co. said no early arrivals , no exceptions . The barbeque didn't work , at first I thought it was the ignition . I bought a lighter and when I turned on the gas to light it , a straight flame shot out , I did the tenderloins I got for my wifes 40th birthday in the oven . I must say that the cleaning crew did a great job with what they had to work with , They were pleasant and apologetic . I doubt I will ever rent from Vacasa again . 10:00 am check out . A lot of dollars for a day and a half .

You can't beat the view and proximity to the beach! Ocean views at it's best!!! Nice place for the money! Those views!!!!
The bed downstairs is small but it was ok. The water heater location was odd. The shower is odd but worked out ok for us.

Right on the beach! Minutes from shopping and restaurants. Loved it so much we will be back Labor Day Weekend! See you soon

The bathroom was a bit funky. Overall, the floor could've been swept/mopped better. It would've been nice to have paper towels.

Building is in poor condition. It wasn't throughly cleaned- lots of dog hair/toys under bed. Toilet leaked water onto floor. Generally grimey
