The place is dated at best. We have been there 4 or 5 times in the last 15 years. The same wicker chairs and the same back killing futon are still there. Get some furniture you can sit on. The kitchen drawers are a hazard. Someone is going to break a foot when a drawer falls out because the hardware has failed. The stove has only 2 burners that are level, and the cookware is Goodwill quality at best. And, for $200 dollars a night you would think you would have enough toilet paper to be comfortable. Not the case; the Vacasa rep told us that we were afforded a " starter kit " and that any additional toilet paper was our responsibility. The "starter kit" was half a roll of toilet paper. That is not customer service at any level. The property is for sale. It's way out of market.

Nice cozy place! Liked that there was a fenced yard so pets were contained.

The door code was pretty long. Probably for security reasons but feel it could be a little shorter.

Loud rude neighbors. Unit outdated and dirty

had two reserved parking spots, the location was safe and quiet, and all the supplies in the house ie complimentary dish soap shampoo, extra linen, blankets, and clean crisp linen. comfortable bed,, plenty of towels, utensils, plates, kitchenware, a clean refrigerator, sink, tea, coffee, toaster...garbage bags. when we had trouble with the connection to the cable, we called VAcasa and the lady came by to help us figure it out. That was nice.

the shower had hair on the walls, the floors were rather dirty with pet hair and a lot of sand, dust, and dirt, and the pathway to the entrance was muddy and mushy. no dishwasher, washer dryer, didn't expect the housekeeper to drop in at 10 am to knock on the door to as ask if we were leaving while we were still packing. cable tv was just basic and the tv was old that we couldn't cast or link Netflix to it. the price shouldn't add the cleaning fee when I had to sweep and mop the place on arrival. If the rate is reduced we may consider returning to rentals by vacasa.

Clean and little ocean view. Kitchen had everything needed. The gas fireplace was nice and there were some nice appointments that were a appreciated.

No extra TP and no bar soap, shampoo or conditioner. There was no comfortable seating in the living room. The window shades were funky and some of the windows need to be replaced. There was no way to secure that someone on the outside could not open the windows from outside if I had one open for fresh air which is the only way I can sleep well. There was a very bright light in the alley that was on all night so the sleeping area was very light even with the shades closed...why not a movement activated light?

I like the location to beach.

Signage for the cabin difficult to see. Had to find housekeeper to give us directions. I left my $75 mattress pad on futon as I expected it to be uncomfortable. Because the futon was covered with bedding I accidentally left it behind. Two hours later I called and spoke to Lindsey, the Vacasa Area Manager for Periwinkle and she said not to worry that the housekeeper will know that it does not belong in the cabin and that she would call to tell me what the shipping charges would be. She never called me back nor did she return any of my voice mails. Extremely disappointing to say the least! Will never go back!

Space, privacy and comfort.

I've been staying in this cabin since it was originally built by the owners of the motel next door. I'm pleased that while their particular form of hospitality is lacking it remains an enjoyable place to go for our very rare opportunities to escape from our day to day grind. My dog really enjoyed himself and I appreciate that we could let him out into the fenced courtyard to observe the world around him.
