Location, Kitchen & Bathroom
This property is totally over priced. When you arrive the hallway is shrouded on one side (Looked like damp?)which is pretty disconcerting. The "balcony" is a waterlogged rundown area with a damaged & frankly dangerous staircase running from it. It is covered in hazard tape (see attatched photo)To be clear this is in no way a balcony in any sense of the word & not suitable for sunbathing/relaxing/al freso dining. The description is totally misleading.
The lounge is a cold vinyl floored room & is in no way "Snug". The photographs on Booking.com uses lots of props ie pictures/rugs/cushions that are missing when you stay.
Our feeling was that the reality in no way reflected the impression that the owners are trying to convey about this property on the website.
We would have liked a refund of some sort but this seems to have been totally ignored by both Booking.com & the Owners.

Great location across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and pubs. It’s an apartment, so there’s plenty of room.
There was some work being done on the building, but obviously that’s temporary. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Was confusing when arriving as the overall building had a different name, and couldn't see the lockbox at first, had a for sale sign on the building, so was confusing, inside the lobby the walls were covered with tarpaulin sheets, did not look appealing.

The location was fantastic
The building is absolutely rotten. The most overwhelming smell of mould/ damp in the apartment. The terrace is completely disgusting. The bed only had one thin pillow each with hair on the throw cushion.

The 'wee snug' is excellent. This little apartment has everything you need for a stay. We only stayed one night but would happily stay longer and look forward to booking again in future.
Had a slip mishap when some belongings were left behind but this was quickly and easily sorted out by the hosts.
Really can't fault the wee snug at all. Loved our stay.
The only issue is parking. But this is an issue throughout Portrush.

The location was good but apart from that it was overall very disappointing
The entrance to the property was awful, run down and reminded us of very bad student accommodation. The decor of the apartment was nice however the smell of damp throughout the property over shadowed the stay. unfortunately this place was a let down and overpriced.

Appt had everything required for a short break.
When going through the booking options it clearly states that the appt had a balcony. This was incorrect, there was no usable balcony, only an outside space fully enclosed and in a state of disrepair.

The £15 charge for cleaning. We stayed only one night. Other than the normal changing of beds and towels there was no cleaning to be done.

Great location and comfortable. Nice decor and theme.
First impressions was smell of wet dogs especially on sofa and all the blankets surrounding clearly not washed. Dog leavings left outside on the patio! Scratch marks all behind the sofa bed in paintwork. Broken toilet seat and broken fence. Bedroom light only turned on sometimes other times didn't work. Couldn't get alarm system off after following instructions.

The property is a lovely quirky little place! Only a small dander to the beach. The bed was super comfy and the doggo enjoyed cosying herself up in the blankets.
The only dislike we had was that we couldn’t heat the bedroom / dining area. The heating was on, but the rooms weren’t as warm as the kitchen / bathroom. Maybe it’s something we were doing wrong. Messaged to see if there was any other heaters, and we got no reply.
