The apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is only a short walk away from both the grocery stores and restaurants in Ladispoli as well as the railway station. The gas powered boiler had an electrical issue in the beginning of our stay so we didn’t get hot water, but the host personally came in to fix the issue with short notice and he even brought us a cake the next day to make up for the minor inconvenience.

The location in Ladispoli is ideal if you need to take the train to Rome. The train station is only 5min away on foot. Ladispoli itself is a very lively town with many shopping and dining options. The beach is about 15min away on foot.
This is unfortunately also a disadvantage if you want to sleep undisturbed at night. The proximity to the railroad line can be found disturbing.

A perfect vacation by the sea and very close to Rome! The apartment is very modern and clean with all the necessary facilities. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. A perfect location close to the sea. I'll definitely come back!
