Me and the family had a great time in this home everything was what we expected and we would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was very lovely and cozy.My sister and niece and I came for a family funeral. The neighborhood was very quiet and located within a 15 minute drive to the church, cemetery and the home of our family. It was also very close to our bank, the markets and restaurants and only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the airport. I would highly recommend this home for anyone coming to the Boise area for a short time.

Locarion was great. Key code didnt work propertt manager fixed right away. Would be 5 stars however beds were very firm (peraonal preference i guess) no clear check out instructions and the pario/backyard was really nice but could have used some outside seating. Would stay again due to proximity ro family and activities. Communication with host was exceptional!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was very clean and ready for us when we got there. A few recommendations would be maybe putting another tv in one of the bedrooms. There was only one tv, and it wasn't connecting to the wifi very well. Other than, that we loved everything about this home.

We had a family gathering and this house filled the need for our stay. Easy check-in, everything was clean, and it's close to pretty much everything. Will stay again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our first stay in Meridian at this air b n b. It fit our needs perfectly, each kid had their own room and the back yard was spacious enough for them to run out energy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Only thing missing for me was a towel or two for the kitchen but overall everything else was on point.

Nice place
Quiet neighborhood. well stocked house (easy to cook without having to go buy pots, pans, utensils). Just right for our Thanksgiving stay. We were visiting family and this was much better than getting 3 hotel rooms.

I would stay there again. My only request would be to put a couple chairs and a table in the back so you could enjoy the big yard. Not a deal breaker though.

A little work and the place would be nice
Communication was great and the place seemed ok until you look around. The management asked if we needed anything and I informed them of the following, but told them there wasn’t a rush to fix since e wouldn’t be spending much time in the home.
Dirty floors, leaky kitchen sink, clogged drains, mold in window, dead spiders, and burnt out lights bulbs.

What a wonderful experience and property! We loved the professional feeling of the property. And especially love the high-quality towels and choices of bed firmness that were offered.! Great experience and we will return if in the area in the future.

Great property
Location was convenient. Home was immaculate and beds were comfortable. Coffee and sparkling water were much appreciated. Loved the fenced back yard. I left the sliding glass door open slightly so my little dog could come in and out like at home. He loved it! Highly recommend this property.

Family vacay
The house was the perfect size for us and in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and close to our son and activities. Having an Albertsons right down the road was awesome for last minute items! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed about 3 months
Nice size for a family to stay a while. Downsides were the Wi-Fi was very slow, those spikey weeds in the backyard made my dogs not want to walk out there, and there were no dressers and few hangers, making managing clothing a challenge. Washer and dryer are very old, also tricky when you stay for an extended period and you are trying to wash bedding. The trees are beautiful and the neighborhood was very safe. The master bed is very firm, so I got a topper for the months I was there. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend they make a few improvements to the house, but overall, we had a good stay.

Great home. Thank you for letting us stay. An honest feedback. My girls and I wipped down the counters with disinfecting wipes when we first got there. It was practically a shade of dark brown. Other then that it was a pleasure stay

Clean, Comfortable, Good Location
We needed a place to stay for about 2 weeks in the Boise area and this townhouse was perfect for our needs. The home was well cleaned when we arrived. Having a garage, laundry room, and kitchen sure beats what you would get in a motel. The only thing I missed from a motel experience was Cable TV. The location was good for us to drive north, east, and west on our various errands. We would use this rental again.

Not well Maintained in Meridian
The unit wasn't very clean, the cook top and some dishes were visibly dirty, and the oven was disgusting. The thermostat needed to be replaced, the garage door remote wouldn't close the door, the patio screen was off the track, and one of the electrical outlet covers was missing. The advertised price is misleading, the so called owners fee should actually be part of the daily rental. The kitchen could use more cups, glasses and silver ware.
