Beste opplevelsen jeg har hatt på lang tid. Fasilitetene og hotellområdet er fantastisk. Spiste på deres Burg Restaurant, og maten var i en egen klasse. Alle rettene så ut som Michelin og smakte nydelig! Tok en løpetur gjennom vingårder som Schloss Johannisberg og ned langs Rhinen! Et hotell jeg ville anbefalt til mine nærmeste!

In één woord: voortreffelijk op alle gebied. Ruime kamer met water en fruit. Grote badkamer, super bedden. Twee stoelen om op te zitten en zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt van zeer goede kwaliteit.
Wij hebben in het restaurant gegeten. Was voortreffelijk. Personeel ook zeer aardig en behulpzaam.
Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer.

Das Frühstück in den Weinbergen war spitze, Eier, Pfannkuchen, Früchte hervorragend. Wurst- und Käseauswahl lässt zu wünschen übrig
Das Zimmer war furchtbar, dunkel, alter Teppichboden, Bad ohne Fenster, Lüftung überklebt und voller Staub/Dreck, Bett viel zu klein, alte Matratze

Die Lage ist sehr sehr schön..
Der Frühstücks Bereich mit Blick über die Weinberge suf den Rhein ist atemberaubend..
In der Bar ist man kaum auf Gäste vorbereitet....Terrasse im tollen Park und die Tische sind nicht sauber und die Bar mit Getränken überfordert.

The garden and the view from the restaurant
The breakfast was chaotic at the time we went (9:30), we waited quite long time for a table to be cleaned and to order something. Staff were nowhere to be found for a while and they were all overwhelmed. One of them got our orders wrong, and another one was unfriendly. One item we ordered was forgotten. The amount of choices for breakfast was quite average (even considering the choices in the menu), things are not being refilled on time at the buffet. Although the quality of the food was quite good.

the hotel is located quite far from the hotel and the bus is only 1/hour. and have to walk from the bus stop.
it would be much nice for the shuttle service between the station and hotel.

Everything was amazing! Be sure to reserve, in advance, dinner at the castle! So appreciate the staff going above and beyond!

Breakfast was just great ! Extras such as Egg benedict were included. Diner was very good but expensive. Room was clean and comfortable
Prices of food and wine were very high. We had a room near the road , and that was not always quiet.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They were attentive and responsive, always with a smile! The view from the hotel was lovely! The room was comfortable and clean! The hotel was also was close to the vineyards!
