Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba: pralka, zmywarka, suszarka do włosów, żelazko, komplet naczyń, nie brakowało nam niczego. Czyściutko wszędzie, sporo ręczników do dyspozycji. Bardzo duży taras, w sam raz na śniadania i wieczorny relaks. Dostępny basen z leżakami i parasolami, ogród z piękną roślinnością. Przemiły i pomocny właściciel, który pomagał w każdej sytuacji, doradził gdzie zjeść i pojechać. Jeśli będziemy jeszcze raz w Zadarze, to na pewno wrócimy. Polecam gorąco.

We had the pool to ourselves most days. It was very safe around the apartment

Lovely modern apartment with everything you need and a great pool area. Denis was very obliging and allowed us to stay a bit longer than the check out time and also gave some restaurant and location recommendations, very helpful and communicative.

Just returned from an amazing short break in Zadar, staying in Apartments Dijana.
Beautiful, clean and spacious, the apartment had everything we needed.
The pool and outdoor area is a massive bonus!
Denis is a fantastic host, communication was great and he gave some really helpful advice regarding places to go and see.
We were very kindly allowed to check in early and check out late, which we appreciated so much.
Apartment is approximately 10 minutes walk from the bus station, 15 minutes walk to the two nearest beaches and around 20 minutes walk to the old town.
Supermarket is literally 5 mins walk away and we visited a local pizza restaurant, following Denis's advice, which was so good.
Couldn't recommend highly enough, would happily stay here again.

Everything was great, Denis was very kind and welcoming, we loved the apartament, the locations is close to the beach, a 10 minutes walk 😊

The apartment was spotless and comfortable . It was great having the pool which was great for relaxing at .Plenty of sun beds too. The host was lovely and very friendly and was there if you needed anything and quick to reply .
If you plan on staying here it is outside of the town so not many places to eat around but an Uber is very cheap to go in to the city to eat or drink .

a good location 10 mins walk to supermarket and 20 mins to old town. lovely spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, very well equipped. amazing pool with comfortable sun loungers which we used a lot. Denis the owner was really helpful and gave great tips for local restaurants etc. we walked into the old town twice and took a taxi one day which was very cheap so don’t let the location put you off as the pool is a massive plus if you like a bit of relaxing. also we arrived after midnight, I had messaged Denis to let him know and he waited up for us!

The pool is shared between just x4 apartments, so we had it to ourselves any time we actually wanted to use it. The apartments was clean, spacious and comfortable, and Denis was super helpful with questions in the lead up to our stay. This apartment was amazing value for money! 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest beach, and around 30 minutes walk from the old town, there’s a bakery, mini market and the bus station all within just a few minutes walk!
My friends found the mattresses a little hard for their liking, but I think this is personal taste. Air conditioning is only in the lounge diner- in hindsight, If we had requested a fan from Denis to help move the cooled air around the apartment, I think that would have been perfect- but we still were comfortable. It is very hard to find fault with anything to be honest, and I would definitely choose to stay again, and recommend to friends and family

we loved everything, the property’s interior has since been updated since the pictures so we were truly surprised when we arrived. Denis the owner could not have been more helpful. Would recommend anyone to visit here as it is central, great for couples/family as the pool is never really that busy and super private. Situated right beside a supermarket too so very handy.

Fantastic service all around. Very very helpful owner and son. Well equipment in apartment fridge, freezer, washingmashine, oven, salt/pepper, Services.. etc. Everything you need for at great stay. We felt us very warmly welcome. Pool area was very great with both shades and sun an very cozy.
A noisy fridge, which we could turnoff during night, that was the ONLY half issue about the stay, everything else was absolutely 💯 perfect.

I like the way the host replied to each problem I addressed to him. If he only could help, there was no problem at all. Denis gave us a lift from the airport and he did it free of charge, although it was not in the price.

Our host was very helpful and hospitable. The pool next to house was beautiful, there was a lot of space to relax on the sunbeds. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. A lot of space to park the car.
