Clean, quiet but shower needs fixing, lacks hanging hooks for clothes, lacks shelves for toiletries.... Lacks taxi hailing services.... But otherwise a good stay😊

pool facility and miss malou tried her best to help us with the reservation made through booking.com. host was able to provide cots right away. professional security guards. friendly people working in the building. infinity pool access with a breath taking view at night

we checked kn, no unit number was provided to us so the security guard wasnt able to let us in right away. orginally booked rooms with 2 beds or family suites as per what we booked through booking.com but when we checked in the rooms only had one queen beed in it except for the one unit. booking.com should find a better way to communicate with the property to let them know also it would be great if you are going to check in in the room you expected to be in. family travelling together was put in different floors/ unit levels. the phone numbers provided by the booking.com confirmation number to contact hosts none of the numbers worked.

The property was okay esp.rm.2205 but there was no toilet paper provided. When we checked out , I forgot my treatment shampoo . I called all the numbers that they provided to us.So upset, they are not accommodating of your concern.😓😭😢

The cafe and shop on site was usefull

There was a constant leaking from the tap and sometimes the toilet didn't flush.. I told them the problem but it took them 4days to into my stay to change the tap. The room was quite dirty and no space on the balcony cause of other stuff was being stored there.
