Other rooms in the floor were partying from midnight to 2:00am in the morning so all three nights were restless.

Feels safe, friendly, comfortable, food was so good for breakfast and love the terrace and pool tables and the swimming pool with a view was amazing, such a good price for 4 nights too the bedrooms were big and clean and the hotel looks new also is in a great location only 5 minute drive from main town!

El desayuno puede mejorar un poco en los guisados, todo lo demas está genial, los huevos al gusto, la waflera, la barra fria, todo muy bueno. La decoración con las caricaturas me gusto mucho.

el desayuno estuvo muy bien las cantidades estan muy bien para que despues de eso trabajar con mucha energia
en la habitacion la cafetera estaba muy sucia y con una plasta que le saque porque no bajaba el agua hacia el deposto del cafe tenia esa plasta verde de hongos . segundo tema en le baño una cantidad de cabellos largos tengan cuidado les dije en recepcion y no tomaron nota de eso como si fuera lo mas normal en otros hoteles incluso te brindan el tiempo de decir que paso y te dan algo de recompensa o que compense el mal rato

Excellent for family. They had games for kids, pool table and bar for adults… and even a restaurant for the family and friends. Breakfast was great! Will definitely stay again!

The staff was great
The only reason I booked this hotel was to go swimming with my daughters and the pool we closed, maintenance repair, and the water was green…not once was I able to go swimming. Yet they were telling other guest that the pool was available to go swimming. I only know this because I had other family members staying at the hotel and when they checked in that’s what they were told. Probably won’t be staying here next time I’m in Aguascalientes.

Great Hotel with a buffet breakfast with many options. The staff is really nice and helpful
The pool was not working during my stay and even though it is located inside the hotel they keep the window open so it gets cold. The pool is warm but the surroundings are cold

The rooms definitely need a fridge and microwave, for the iron and the iron board you have to call and wait until they bring them to the room. But it general it is a good place.
