Clean with a nice street view with a view of the water in the distance.

Where to start? 1. The room door had a secondary lock which did not line up with the hasp, so it did not work! 2. Supposedly a ‘superior’ room but no place to open our suitcases and not enough floor space to open two suitcases at the same time. 3. The door frame was loose and did not fit well. It was loose and movable. There was rough foam insulation that was strange and ugly. See photo. 4. The worst part was no hot water! Only cold water. We were not able to shower comfortably ( so we did not shower) and after a two days of flying we needed to shower before meeting with professional people at a local school! (And a little black mold in the shower corner) The reception person was not able to explain the hot water system to us but said the whole area had no hot water. Typically hotels have their own water heaters but not in Istanbul. I doubt they told the truth but who knows? 5. Lastly communication was poor. I was not able to get a final bill when checking out and leaving. Promised to email it to me if I left me email address with the attendant who was not understanding English.

- Great great great location, I will stay in this hotel again - Room aesthetically very nice as per the pictures provided - The public bus stop was just in front of the hotel - Beshictas ferry terminal is just opposite the hotel across the street - The eagle square and restaurants are just 3 minutes walk which are open until late night - Our room came with a balcony, which though not sea facing but we really enjoyed it

- Not sure whether this was a one-off issue or not, but during our stay for 3 nights we did not get hot water in bathroom. The reception said that they are fixing the boiler, but they could not fix it during our 3 days of stay, which is unfortunate and unprofessional. As we are from tropical weather, it was difficult for us to shower with cold water which we found to be biting cold.

We literally loved how helpful and nice the staff. As soon as our booking was confirmed, I had a message from the hotel asking how I am and if I need any transportation and stuff which was super nice and respectful. I also had a small problem with finding the entrance and I texted Mr.Osman. he was waiting for me by the door to make it easier. The hotel was clean and amenities were very enough. Design of the room is very cozy. Some of the comments were saying rooms were noisy but our room was on the quiet side so we didnt face any issues. For our next stays, this place probably will be our place from now on. Very happy to discover

The only problem I believe, there were no sign of the name of the hotel. I was quite close but not sure as I couldnt see any name around. Basically there is reception writing but it is kind of in a passage next to a restaurant. Hard to see. However, they helped me to find it easier which was a plus.

Traffic noise

The location was fairly central and within easy reach of most amenities, tourism spots, etc. Bakery downstairs was practical. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

It was incredibly noisy all night! I sleep very well usually anywhere in the works but this was really unpleasant. Dreadful traffic noise and loud music till late from the bars below. No breakfast. 2 small hand towels only, in a deluxe room! No chair to sit and work at the desk area. Mould in the shower. The toilet bowl was unstable. No hotel name visible from the street. No clothing hangars. Reception will call a taxi only to the airport but for nowhere else.

Location is perfect, 5 mins to ferry, 5 mins to Beşiktaş cafes and pubs. Room was clean and quite, without smoking smell, bed was comfortable.

Some items in the room need maintenance, like toilet standing on a support and few light bulbs burnt out

I came for business in the Bacesir area and the location is brilliant - close to the offices, but central for the local people and not overrun by tourists. The hotel is well insulated from the noise so it wasn't a problem to sleep and work. If you are especially sensitive just bring a pair of earplugs. There is everything that you need after work - shops, supermarket, bars etc. Would stay here again. And a special shoutout to the manager of the hotel - extremely helpful guy.

The room with balcony is very nice, the decor is amazing! Good location.

This is not a respectful place to stay!! When we were about to check out and the car is literally waiting for us outside he told us to payan addition 400 turkish lira for a toilet seat that was already loose and cheap material asking us to repair it!! I told him we didn’t broke anything it was already like that before and i asked him to show me picture for that specific chair before our check in cuz he told us he check everything and took picture before anybody checkin, if we are truly the one causing this i will pay it with pleasure. But because they are scammers he told me we don’t have pictures lol!!! So how come you are pretty sure we are the one who broke it!!!

good location with a lot of restaurants nearby, 2 mins from Bosphorus

some of lights were not working and were not fixed, plus there was virtually no window as it was facing other building and some of communications like aircons directly so was blurred

Very pleased with my stay. Cost reasonable, incredible location with tons to do, friendly staff who tried to make things easier. I left my phone in the room and when I checked out I came back and they had it for me. Love this hotel.

The location is great and everything is nearby such as cafes/bars & restaurants. The staff are friendly and are happy to advise if needed on destinations around Instanbul. Nusr-et was a 10-15mins walk & is very cheap compared to London (£10-£15 a burger).

It does not have a swimming pool/gym etc.
