Wonderful, clean, spacious condo with a spectacular ocean front view. We loved how close we were to the ocean and beautiful, large pool. Private beach was breathtaking. Clay was the perfect host responding to our questions and guiding us on things to do. Private fishing pier was a fisherman’s dream and yes we caught lots of fish! Clay even gave advise on fishing tips, bait, etc. Can fish the lighted pier at night too. Even was able to watch my favorite baseball team in the condo. My next trip to the Keys will be right here.

Spoke to owner who was very accommodating. Unit was nice , but definitely needed updating . Bathrooms were adequate, but need updating . Window coverings on large sliders need to be replaced. Panels kept falling off vertical blinds as they were opened and closed. enjoyed the large tvs and nice furniture in main area.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Every morning we were greeted by ocean views and ocean sounds! The location was central and perfect for exploring all the Keys, which we did. There are so many wonderful restaurants within a short drive as well. I would recommend this property. We have a very nice quiet and peaceful vaction.

Casa Clara was perfect for what we were looking for. The unit overlooked the pool and the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the beautiful view. The heated pool was a real gem! The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely return to Casa Clara.

This unit is perfect. It overlooks the pool and the ocean. You have your own private beach and pier. It very quiet and peaceful. The unit was very clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. The owners were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay hassle free. It's close to great restaurants and activities. However everything you need is right there, so leaving for a beach or pool is unnecessary. This is truly a hidden gem in Marathon.

The view of the pool and ocean was excellent. The pool had new comfortable furniture and was very large for swimming. There was construction for the 2 weeks we were there, but that was wrapping up after we left. The location was close to everything.

This condominium felt like home . It had a fantastic view . There’s a great assortment of restaurants nearby couple of grocery stores I’m close to fishing charters parks in aquarium and other things to do . Mr. Krout what is easy to work with and I always answer the phone when I called . I hope to rent it again next year .

Nice property in pleasant Key Colony Beach community. This Condo has best view in Casa Clara condos. LR and Balcony have center overlook of pool/pier/beach/ocean. Owner was responsive and laid back toward guests. Really enjoyed great pool, sandy beach and new fishing pier with freshwater and cleaning table. Fishing was better than we expected. Condo was clean and well maintained. Lots of fishing boats/charters very close. Marathon key has plenty of family activities. We really enjoyed Sombrero Beach - arguably the best large public (free) beach in keys. Enjoyed 1/2 day fishing on Marathon Lady and Sea Dog Charters. Ample parking. This is a good property to rent and we look forward to returning. Rater 4 stars instead of 5 due to noisy construction during our stay and age of interior.

This was by far te best vacation we have ever had in all the years coming to key colony beach. The condo was lovely, the view spectacular, but most of all, dealing with the owners was a joy.

This condo was comfortable and relaxing , not to mention the "ergomotion" massage king size bed in master bedroom.tThe view from living area and master bedroom is to die for. This is bye far the very best vacation in the 18 years we have been coming to key colony beach and have already booked for next year
