Fire alarm going off 1/3 of the time. Elevator chiming super clearly in rooms 24/7, very inconsiderate cleaning staff laughing/yelling/clapping directly outside rooms for untold amounts of time.

Absolutely barebones. Don’t expect any frills, including lotion. I got stuck in the Christmas flight cancellations mess and was grateful to find a room to rest for a few hours. Quite a distance from the airport.

Very clean and the breakfast was EXCELLENT!!!!! Staff was friendly upon arrival. Staff answered any questions about Brighton that we brought to their attention. Manager noticed an oversite in our reservation and corrected it for us.

Very friendly staff and good service. Nice Breakfast with good choices for an American breakfast. Very big rooms, perfect for a 1st night after intercontinental flight.

The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel, there were several choices of food items. we enjoyed the pancakes, very good.
We really didn't see anything that we were displeased about.
