Apartment was very nice, like we did expect. Massimiliano was very helpful with all questions we had.
Free parking near the house is ok to find during the day (in the high season) but after 8 a bit tricky. By knowing the area better, we always found a space with a little walk of max. 3-5 minutes.

Great appartment and nice hosts! We travelled as a family, stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy.

Nice, quiet appartment close to the center of Sarzana, and a good starting point for exploring the south of Liguria. The kitchen is well equipped, and we appreciated the washing machine and the drying rack.
However, we couldn't use the garden because of the mosquitos. There were lots of them all the time.
We knew there was no air conditioning, but there were no ventilators or mosquito nets either, so ventilating the entire place was difficult, and all the time we were there it was terribly hot.
