The villa was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Views were magnificent. we thoroughly enjoyed the villa and the small town of Theoule. It gave easy access to Cannes, Nice, and Monaco without the business that accompany those famous places.
Getting down to the villa required going down 40 steep steps with two switch backs. The villa is built on the side of a large hill. Also parking was off sight.

Beautiful view from the property with a short walk to the beach and into the local town. All other attractions very accessible. It was great to be able to use the local ferry to reach Canne.
Some bathrooms need updating. The pool area needs improving and parasols with sun loungers would be expected for the price. The off road parking is 100m away from the property which isn’t made clear when booking.
