Location!!! Right on the main boulevard, a good supermarket right around the corner, plenty restaurants on the same street, walking distance from Old Town Bucharest and the National Art Museum and other touristic locations. The host!!! The most amiable and nice woman ever! Very concern with what else she can help you with. Our 1 year old baby got sick and she called us to let us know that in case we might need a pediatrician she could help us with some recommendations. Very nice of her! Space! 2 bedrooms spacious enough for what you need. A good size living room. We felt that there was enough space to spread all our suitcases around the floor :)) A washing machine just in case of any emergency clothes washing. TV in every room. Netflix. A big fridge with freezer. Big closets in each bedroom. Very comfortable beds thank to IKEA 😁

There can be a bit of improvement in the cleaning department :) Overall the apartment was clean except the kitchen area. The sink needed a bit of scrubbing. We couldn't use the pots and pans because they were burnt already from past usage. We decided to buy 1 pan and to use chlorine to clean 2 forks,2 plates and 2 glasses. There was some water infiltration under the sink and it was smelling a bit funky. The appliances needed a deeper cleaning. Overall, it was okay, comfortable, decent, it had everything you might need but it needed a bit more detailed scrubbing. But nothing that you cannot do it yourself. You can always do what we did and go to the supermarket and buy a bottle of a cleaning product and a sponge and clean everything that you feel like it 😁

Spacious apartment, great host, perfect location !

I absolutely loved the property and the owner! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Bucharest who is looking for a cozy affordable place to stay. The apartment is incredibly located, close to anything one might need from restaurants, bars, shops, market. It’s the perfect solution for a lovely stay in Bucharest!

We forgot the bring a cot for our baby, and the host arranged one last minute. They didn't have to do it, but they helped a lot! Lacation is great for our 1,5 year old with a playground right in front of the building. And for the adults lots of restaurants around.

The appartment has everything you need. 2 separated bedrooms + confortable sofa bed. It was very clean, we had water, coffee tea and fruits as a compliment we appreciated a lot. The location is perfect 15 min from the old town and close to subway.

Location is great, communication with the host was timely and great

1. There's a gross smell coming from the toilet. If you don't close the door to the toilet, the apartment stinks, if you close the door, you won't be able to brush your teeth/take shower in the morning as it stinks pretty badly even with an open window. 2. The apartment has cockroaches. 3. When I arrived, the cleaner was refusing to clean the second bedroom and I had to sort out the situation with the host personally, I told them that I paid the full price for the 2bedroom and I wanted the whole apartment clean, not just one bedroom. Nevertheless, the cleaner was giving me a look as if I was an idiot to ask for the full apartment to be clean. The host was nice tho and reflected to my request immediately. 4. The host will tell you that she can't do much about the apartment problems as they are city problems, nevertheless the fact stays about stinkness and cockroaches, so the price should be decreased IMO. The value that you'd get for the $ is rather low.

Value for money if you are 2 - 4 ppl. Host has another apartment with same layout so ideal for a group. Location is excellent

Decent space for 4 ppl , a modern 2 bedroom apartment.

We had a great time and very much enjoyed our apartment! They have all the amenities and everything was clean, spacious and even treated us with extra goodies. The location is perfect to almost everything and very inexpensive to take a taxi is needed. Ana Mara went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, we are very thankful for her :-) Everyone was communicative to make sure we checked in and out we will definitely be coming back.

Parking. This is NOT the apartments fault, it is just part of being in a centrally located part of the city, but be prepared to pay for parking. It is a hit or miss to find a space right away if you are bringing a car.

Would have love to be there though.

The booking was not completed due to Covid-19 issues. I contacted the property in order to reschedule the appointment. I sent an e-mail, dind't get any reply, i tried to call and didn't get any response. In the end, the host called me after one week and told me what I want to do with the reservation. I told her that would be nice if it can be reschedule for September since it was booked because me and my friends wanted to go to Saga Festival, but it was canceled due to pandemic situation. She told me that it can be rescheduled in September if they have rooms available. It has been more than 3 months since then and didn't get any reply. I don't want the money back, the perfect situation was a reschedule of the appointment. I know that these are hard times for everyone, but would have been nice if they would have keep the communication with us. They can keep the money, that's totally fine, but I would never book again any accomodation from this host. Maybe the rooms are nice and clean, and everything else is perfect, but for me and my friends being nice and friendly matters the most. Cheers!
