Vous vivez au centre de notre appartement mais vous n’êtes pas besoin d’une voiture!
La célèbre plage de sable de Bacvice est située à proximité immédiate de l'appartement.
Le centre-ville historique avec le palais de Dioclétien et la promenade principale "Riva" sont à seulement 10-15 minutes à pied.
Le balcon offre une vue spectaculaire sur tout le port et la vieille ville.
Notre charmant appartement Valentina a été entièrement rénové fin 2016. Tous les meubles et appareils ménagers sont neufs.
Il dispose d'un salon entièrement climatisé de 45 m², d'une chambre, d'un salon avec un canapé-lit double, de deux télévisions à écran LCD, d'une grande salle de bains luxueuse, d'une cuisine moderne équipée et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans tout l'appartement.
La propriété est clôturée.
Un parking gratuit est possible dans la rue devant la maison s'il y a des places libres.
Un parking public est possible à proximité (sans réservation préalable).

We were sitting down on the couch around 8 pm when someone started pounding on the door. My husband checks the hallway and goes to open it and the other person is trying to get in as well. As soon as he opens the door the first words out of her mouth is how did you get the code? How did you get in? (Showed up with a preteen daughter) I got up and said the code was in the app. She said show me. We pull it up on the phone and she takes a picture. Then she asks for our passports and tries to change her tone, asking if we needed anything. We didn't feel welcomed. Check in was after 3pm and we got there at 4:30. The place itself was nice and in a good location, but no handsoap in the bathroom. It would've been helpful during this pandemic. Maybe she forgot it was reserved. In the future, she might want to reach out to guests to confirm arrival time and be present at arrival.

Absolutly Number One
Fantastic apartment!! We spent 5 days in Split and thoroughly enjoyed the city and loved the apartment.
Location is great, offering a view of the ferry docks with easy access to the bus station (airport shuttle could not be easier). Walking to the Old Town and Riva was very easy.
The furnishings and all appliances were top shelf. Ani obviously has a great eye for style. Everything was in perfect working order from the wifi to kitchen. The bedroom tv was an unexpected bonus.
A word on televisions; many shows and movies were English language with Croation subtitles. Nice surprise. The living room tv is a "smart tv", so you can use your Netflix account if you can't miss your favorite show.
You will not be disappointed.

A Nice stay in Split
The apartment is very nicely appointed , new & comfy. We loved the balcony , watching the sunset was beautiful . Emma was very helpful. Easy to walk to sites and the neighborhood has some good restaurants. A bit of traffic noise is the only negative , but it did not keep us
from sleeping. It was hot , the AC worked great.

Perfect location and place
Could not have asked for a better apartment or location. Beautifully decorated and equipped. It was very hot an humid during our visit, but the AC in the unit worked very well. You can walk anywhere in Split. We’ll be back!

Great Apartment
Really nice apartment in a good location. We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and great shower. There were a couple of very not days and the AC worked great. Furnishings and decor were very nice. Ani and her team were easy to communicate with.

Weekend in Split
The property was exactly as promised - great location, view, groceries and restaurants close by, great view from the balcony. Though outside was a bit noisy (construction nearby was not a fault of the owner), when the wonderful windows were closed it was very quiet. Washing machine was a plus. It was very comfortable, and we would certainly stay again next time in Split.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful building that makes you feel amongst the wonderful atmosphere of being in Split. Great location to explore the old town and access to ferries and bus station. Sitting on the balcony you have a great view over Split especially as the sun goes down. Very peaceful place to stay despite the central location.

Perfect location. Just for starters. We were welcomed as if we were coming home. Accessible to everything the city had to offer. No more words. Just stay there.

Clean and Modern with a Great View
This place was wonderful! We stayed for six days and enjoyed every minute in this nicely remodeled and decorated apartment. We especially appreciated the multi-option windows with shutters and screens, the complete set of kitchen amenities, and the washing machine. As others have said, it looks exactly like it does in the photos. There are restaurants and grocery stores near by, and it is a fairly short walk to the old town where there are even more options for dining and shopping. We enjoyed having a glass of wine and watching the ships come and go from the balcony. Our host, Ani, was very responsive, and Jana and Ema gave us a thorough introduction when they met us at the apartment. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful, Conveniently Located Apartment
My husband and I spent 3 nights in this apartment in mid-October. We LOVED it. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, is clean, and is conveniently located-it's about a 5 minute walk to the ferry/bus station/train and about a 10 minute walk from Diocletian's Palace. The host and her team were SO kind and very responsive. We happened to show up a little earlier in the day than anticipated and they accommodated us without issue. They also helped us navigate parking in the area and answered any questions we had. There is free parking right in front of the building, but if you are bringing a car make sure it is a small one-it can definitely be a tight squeeze. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Location! Beautiful renovated property!
We stayed here for 2 nights and found the location ideal to get to old town or the beach. The apartment was beautifully renovated and we absolutely enjoyed the balcony with a view.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, above the fray and madness of the Old Town, but easily accessible to it. We also enjoyed the balcony, not only for sipping a before dinner glass of wine, but for drying our clothes quickly! The amenities were excellent, and the location near Bavice Beach and great restaurants was also a plus.
