Was in a nice area
No real cooking facilities.
The bed was sagging in the middle
Not ideal for long stays for the price

close walk to every thing in town. is the 3rd time we have stayed in Osprey Village but larger rooms previously
when we got neighbors we could hear there phone alarms going off before 6am and them talking from very early through the walls

Single room with minimal amenities. Room is tired

The place was clean.
The cooking facilities were rubbish. BBQ had no gas and nowhere to clean the plate etc anyway
It's Exmouth people are there to fish snorkelling etc and there's nowhere to clean the gear, no hose to wash snorkelling gear nowhere to clean up a fish.
The mosquito mesh was broken so couldn't have door open. The air con sounded like it was about to take off it was that noisy ya couldn't sleep with it on.
Freezer was full of ice so i had to melt the freezer to use it. Nowhere to dry gear as there's no clothes line or rack

Good bathroom
Clarity of "1xbedroom Villa" that was actually a studio/motel room layout.
no table/chairs, no bedside table /lamps, no tea coffee.

It was close to centre of town. Unit was clean.
BBQ was dirty. Bathroom window didn't open. Front screen door couldn't be used due to flywire having large tear (many mozzies at dusk). No bedside table on one side and no bedside lamps. No table to eat at. Lights needed cleaning. Tired main area.

Why would you use old cut off kitchen chairs for stools?
Room dated.
Need laundry access onsite if you’re not supplying fresh towels etc.
This room is an overnighted, not really for more than a couple of days.

The location was great
No laundry, or place to hang clothes after going to laundromat to do washing, couldn't open bathroom window for air was only window in studio, had note saying "do not open" flyscreen door on entrance sliding door was worn allowing mosquitoes to enter, bed and bedding had seen better days, no warm blankets only thin bedspread and thin blanket, no cleaning service, broom provided and bucket but no mop, or cleaning products, very basic set up, not what I'd really consider self catering as only small bbq and microwave for cooking had to wash dishes in bathroom sink.
