La casa ha tutti gli spazi peccato che è’ un po’ trascurata e non troppo pulita. Vicinissima alla stazione 5 min da disney

The apartment was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Apart from the fact that everything, from the furniture to the walls to the appliances looks really run down and in need of repair, there were dirty dishes, the oven was dirty and the bathrooms were also cleaned superficially at best. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling, which is a health hazard for me (Asthma) and my children. The sponges in the kitchen stood in dirty water and had a moldy smell to them. When I was looking for a new one I found it under the sink next to the toilet plunger, which is not only disgusting but also another health hazard. Since we booked the place based on the impression we got from the pictures posted on booking.com and payed a cleaning fee, we are more than disappointed how we found the apartment upon arrival. Die Wohnung wurde bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt. Abgesehen davon, dass alles, von den Möbeln über die Wände bis hin zu den Küchengeräten, sehr heruntergekommen, schmutzig und reparaturbedürftig aussieht, gab es schmutziges Geschirr, der Ofen war verdreckt und auch die Bäder waren bestenfalls oberflächlich gereinigt. An der Badezimmerdecke ist Schimmel, was für Menschen mit Allergien und/oder Asthma und Kinder eine Gesundheitsgefahr darstellt. Die Schwämme in der Küche standen in schmutzigem Wasser und rochen modrig. Als ich nach einem neuen Schwamm suchte, fand ich ihn unter dem Waschbecken neben dem Toilettenpömpel/Saugglocke/Gummisauger, was nicht nur eklig ist, sondern auch ein weiteres Gesundheitsrisiko darstellt. Da wir die Wohnung aufgrund des Eindrucks, den wir von den Bildern auf booking.com bekommen haben, gebucht und eine Reinigungsgebühr bezahlt haben, sind wir mehr als enttäuscht, wie wir die Wohnung bei der Ankunft vorgefunden haben. Darüber hinaus sind folgende Mängel vorhanden: Einige Rolläden funktionieren nicht. Der gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Rauchmelder wurde abgehängt.

It was a superb location

It didn’t feel like it had been cleaned. Several lights didn’t work. Dirty cutlery in the drawer. A plug socket was hanging off the wall. The shower wall attachment was hanging off the wall so couldn’t be used. Just felt like needed to be maintained better as could be a lovely place.

LOCATION IS TOO GOOD NEAR VALD EUROPE STATION. EASY TO TRAVEL TO DISNEY BY TRAINAND EASY TO TRAVEL TO GARE DE L"EST AND GARE DU NORD

NO ONE TO OPEN MAIN DOOR , WE WAITED MORE THAN HALF HOUR ON 14JUN, WE PAID FOR ONE ADDITIONAL NIGHT SO THAT WE CAN GET EARLY CHECK IN BUT NONE TO HANDOVER KEYS OR TO OPEN MAIN DOOR AND THE PEOPLE LIVING IN APT. NO ONE ALLOWED US INSIDE TO TAKE KEYS FROM LOCKBOX OUTSIDE APT DOOR, NINA THE LADY DIDNT PICK UP THE CALL FOR HALF AN HOUR WITH VOICEMAIL EVERYTIME WE CALLED HER, OVERALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHECK IN

It wasnt ready when we came, weird smell in the kitchen, not enough lights, dirty terrace, the apartment should be better maintained because the apartment is nicely laid out and has a good location (near Disneyland)
