The view was absolutely amazing. I loved the large deck and outdoor kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, and the air-conditioning worked well. The place was very nice, and the hot tub was quite enjoyable. The owner was very friendly when we met him, and provided information about a local beach he recommended.

We emailed a check-in time and asked for instructions twice but we did not hear back. We were told to call a number for check-in instructions but no one answered after trying twice. The house was difficult to locate as there are 2 houses on the same street with the same address and the GPS takes you to the wrong address. We had to ask a neighbour to help us locate the residence. It would be helpful to include these instructions in the booking. The cleaner was still there cleaning when we arrived and said we were early, but we only arrived a few minutes before we said we would. Our check in was far from smooth due ro the lack of communication. The electric shutters had to be closed at night as the frogs were very noisy and there was no other way to lock the sliding doors. It was a bit disconcerting to have no easy exit, and if one of us wanted to get out earlier the shutters had to be raised which woke the other person. We stayed for 11 nights but there was no cleaning in between. We were left some cleaners, but no rags or a mop. We had to ask for body soap as there was nothing in the bathroom when we arrived. Shower was nice, but flooded the bathroom every time it was used (one of the reasons we went through extra towels). After a week we asked for fresh towels and were given a few, and the owner asked me to leave out the used towels and would launder them for us. We left them where he asked us to but he never came and got them, and did not bring us any more. We also had to ask for another garbage bag, but were not brought one. A few days later we asked another person living upstairs for one and he did bring us down a few. He also asked if we wanted him to grab the towels, but he never came back for them. This was a great place and good location, the owners just need to be a bit more attentive to their guests needs, especially for an extended stay.

Well organised and arranged apartment with comfortable outside kitchen. Nice garden and see view. Very good coffee and tea available for the whole stay. Small nice beach nearby others bigger available by car.

Thanks to this cute apartment with an awesome view onto the sea and the outstanding hospitality of our host our vacation on Guadeloupe was even more fabulous. We very much enjoyed our stay and look already forward to our next visite.

The accommodation is very nice and cozy. The view is stunning. Quite convenient location. Owners are very nice and heplful.

We do not like the open kitchen. There were a lot of stray cats that occasionally jumped on the counter top.

Very comfortable apartment. Fantastic view from bed. We had everything who was necessary on holiday. Our flight was cancelled and we spended one extra day in 4* hotel, we stated that STUDIO MELLISA was better place to stay on holiday.
