Non mancava davvero nulla, da una piccola colazione a nostra disposizione a varie tisane, molti cuscini e biancheria pulita.

Appartamento un pò buio.

Dovevo fare un intervento medico vicino la casa di cura Liotti . A piedi 10 minuti. Molto comoda. Ha tutto quello che serve in un appartamento. Conad molto vicino

The place was very close to our conference place and the city center is easily accessible after not very long hiking up. Place is very clean and well kept, the owner very hospitable. All amenities are there.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and the view outside the window is not very inspiring. But instead of being inside there is always possibility to use the time well and travel around the old city which is spectacular.

Candida is a very helpful and kind host. Apartment itself was large, with good air conditioning and overall comfortable and tidy.

Nothing

The apartment os confortable, clean and has everything, including coffee machine and hairdryer. It is 15min walk from train station, 7min walk to take the minitram and 5min from bus. Se were there to attend to a conference on Hotel Gio,which os a 5 min walk,so it was very handy.

The toilet flusher is not an economic one, so it spends a por os Walter everytime you push the button.

The apartment's bright, clean and very spacious. The owner Candida was welcoming and helpful. She accepted our late evening booking after we were badly let down on the property we'd originally booked and had it ready for us in an hour. Every detail has been thought of and lots of useful information provided. It's in a modern block a little way out of the historic centre but only a few minutes' walk from the mini metro which is super convenient and easy to use - a stop from the station in one direction and two from the old town centre in the other. We never had to wait more than a minute and the 1.50 euro ticket can be used on the buses too.

A lock on the door of the lovely bathroom would be nice

We felt as at home. Signora Candida was very polite. The apartment is well maintained and very cleaned.

The apartment itself was excellent for our family of 4, could have hosted 5 easily. It had all the facilities we needed even to cook evening meals. Candida herself was very helpful and nice, easily contactable. We felt like a Perugian in family living in a residential part of the city. Easy walk to the centre and close enough to a well stocked supermarket and the train station.
