We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway here. Clean, beautiful rooms, and responsive host/manager. Two minor things: we did not have bath soap provided and the water pressure was limited sometimes. Overall, we can't wait to come back here soon!

Perfect! We were 2 families, total of 7, and the house was spacious and more beautiful than the pictures. Every night we had a view of the sunset from the deck and pool. Even in the heat of August there was ample shade outside. The house was equipped with everything you might need for a week-long stay, and was a short walk to a good supermarket. We also loved the Italian restaurant, and beach bars that were walking distance from the house. This was our first trip to the Algarve and we fell in love. We hope to come back and stay here again!

This property is very clean and has all the things you need to ensure you have a lovely holiday. The beach is walking distance and can be seen from the villa. The car park at the back of the villa barely registers so don't be put off by that. You are more likely to hear your lively neighbours than any cars.
The pros:
location location location. Apolonia supermarket is an 8 minute walk away. Rather pricey but has everything you need. You also have a comvenience store 2 minutes away near where the bins are.
Swimming pool is a great, its clean as is overall the house. Kitchen has all the mod cons you will need. Lounge chairs...just overall great place.
Another pro would be that we didn't get bothered by house managers and it was easy to find the keys. Sabina was our main conctact and she is great.
The cons
The beds! It says it will have 1 double bedroom, 2 kings and 1 single but ALL the bedrooms have 2 singles beds which is not ideal. The rooms are tiny! The beds are not comfortable. I think the rooms are tiny because they have 2 ensuites and 2 family bathrooms.
But the rooms are tiny and the wardrobes are nothing to write home about. We lived out of our suitcases. So if you are travelling, be aware. You won't get what the advertisement describes. The bed sheets are not up to par
Overall it was a lovely stay but not sure we would stay again due to the bedrooms and bed issues

The improvements on the property were significant and the check-in process was the best ever.
Availability and responsiveness of the property manager - Mr. Valter - was always immediate and all that was done with a smile in the face.

Great location close to the beach, with a pool to enjoy as well.
The property was large and clean. We had four adults and four kids comfortably in the place.
We were there for a weekend and found it lacking in basics that we've usually found at other places - dish detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towels etc. for a place close to beach it would have been nice to have beach towels and umbrellas handy as well.

The host was very helpfull and was 100% worth every penny.
(Shame the pool was cold and was not advised before arriving that we need to notfy that we want it to be warm, but when asked the landlord said its an additional €40 a day)

The location for the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket is great. The owner was helpful and responds quickly. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The car park at the back was very quiet in the day so not an issue. At night you can get a few groups of youngsters in cars and on motorbikes meeting up in the car park but in all fairness they never stayed late and the only noise was when a couple of bikes revved up to leave. We were mainly indoors by then anyway. Last week in Sept and the weather was perfect. Would love to visit again!

La maison est bien situé, les photos représentent la réalité.
la situation géographique proche d'Albufeira et des sites touristiques est un plus. La maison nous a été remise dans un très bon état de propreté, elle est fonctionnelle et bien équipé (barbecue, ustensiles de cuisine, couverts en quantité...). Une literie confortable.
Toutefois un petit bémol sur la qualité des transats extérieurs qui mériterais d'être remplacés et la mise en service de la piscine, pas de notice pour le fonctionnement pour la mise en marche de la pompe filtrante.
Nous recommandons cette location.

Bad stay, the only saving grace is the view!
We stayed in this villa during COVID and overall our experience was not good. The sheets and pillows are very old and were pretty horrible when we took the pillow cases off. There was black liquid dripping down the staircase wall and the security alarm was broken the whole time.
When it came time to check out, we along with the property manager discovered evidence of an attempted breakin on the outer windows. This made me feel incredibly unsafe and frustrated that there had been no efforts made to fix the security alarm.
If it were not for strict lockdown restrictions, we probably would have moved to other accommodations.
The only saving grace is the location and the view.

A casa é ótima, tal como a localização e proximidade à praia. A cozinha está muito completa com todos os utensílios necessários. Os quartos não são super modernos mas são confortáveis e são quase todos suites, a posição da piscina é ótima com vista para a praia e imenso sol. Os pontos menos positivos são não existir ar condicionado, que já sabíamos mas que faz efetivamente falta em pleno agosto, e a limpeza não ser super rigorosa, havendo imensos cantinhos com pó. Ainda assim ótima relação qualidade preço e consideramos voltar.

Galé ist immer eine Reise wert
Tolle Lage, schönes Haus, Pool perfekt, sesationelle Aussicht auf das Meer. Für mich einer der schönsten Orte um Urlaub zu machen.
Einzige Beanstandung am Haus, die Markisen und die Außenbeleuchtung sollten repariert werden. Der Geschirrspüler ist leider auch nicht richtig eingebaut.
Ansonsten ist alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.

La maison est grande et bien entretenue.
Nous étions une famille de 8 personnes et avons eu plus qu’assez de place.
La maison est très agréable et nous avons bien profité de l espace extérieur assez grand pour nous tous.
Le seul petit bémol pourrait être le manque de climatisation.
La plage est à proximité immédiate à pieds.
Un grand merci à Franziska qui a œuvré avec amabilité et professionnalisme et qui a réglé en un rien de temps les quelques demandes a notre arrivée.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Poderia ser casa excecional se o proprietário tivesse outro cuidado na conservação uma porta do armário de quarto tinha os encaixes partidos e não podia ser utilizada num quarto uma gaveta estava partida não existem portas das máquinas da cozinha e mais grave a água do banho aquecida é uma miragem tendo de tomar banho em água tépida ou fria
O serviço de receção não existe já que ninguém compareceu para entrega das chaves e vistoria e quando telefonicamente informou dos problemas ninguém se deslocou ao local
