I have stayed here several times. The accommodations are great, the location is convenient the building is nice. The only concern I have is the parking arrangement. The parking spot for this unit is extremely difficult to get the vehicle into. I've damaged two cars already. I would like to be able to park the vehicle in a different location.

Our family had a great stay over the New Year’s weekend. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, although there are a chain of steps to get parked and into the apartment. Javier, the host, was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to the stay and during check in. The parking is in the underground garage, and takes some maneuvering to get into the spot.
The apartment was clean, and well stocked, with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, etc. available for use. The only thing we needed that wasn’t there was sugar/sweetener for coffee. I would stay here again, and recommend it for others.

The apartment was comfortable and allowed us to relax during our entire trip. It had all the comforts we needed to feel at home. Also it is centrally located between Miami Beach and MIA, along with close to University of Miami area and Biltmore area.

What we didn't like was the parking situation. It was a tight spot and and a very noisy metal ramp. The kitchen was missing a few things - spatula and towels.

The place was really nice and enjoyable. There were a lot of places to go within walking distance which we loved.
Parking on the other hand was terrible and the assigned parking place was extremely tight.

This condo is conveniently located to downtown Miami. There were restaurants nearby along with several grocery stores. Area was safe and quiet. There was an initial problem at check in but the owner quickly and satisfactorily handled the situation. I would stay here again.

Javier was excellent to work with and was very responsive to questions. Condo was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect for us as we have multiple family members in Coral Gables to visit. One note I would give visitors is that the assigned parking spot in the basement is for a compact or smaller car and it is on a metal ramp. We had many comically careful parking sessions with our midsize SUV but with lots of straightening and guiding each time, we made it fit within centimeters with no scratches. But I would recommend driving a smaller vehicle if you want to use the assigned parking spot. Thank you Javier!

Location of the property is ideal! Close to airport, the Gables, beaches, downtown, restaurants. Walk to restaurants and shopping. However, The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable! The condo was very clean though there was a stale nicotine smell. Unsure of why because it is a non smoking unit.

Parking was a bit of a challenge - the rental car was a large 4x4 and the parking ramp in the parking space was a very tight squeeze… the previous guests appeared to have forgotten to leave the parking permit too, and with warning signs about towing away vehicles with no permit this added to the parking stress!

Javier is very responsive to anything needed. Apartment is very clean. There is washer/dryer available but you need to bring your own detergent. I would also suggest bringing extra towels or washcloths as there are some available but not many. Overall experience was good :)

My only complaint was that some of the pillow covers in the guest bedroom with the twins had some kind of stain on them. The owner responded fairly quickly to my needs compared to others I’ve dealt with, meeting all my request. I would stay there again

This property is just as described and provides guests a clean, safe place to stay. Javier allowed us to check in a bit early which we very much appreciated.

Nice and comfortable
Very good apartment for us - a family of four with two teenagers. Two separate bedrooms, one with separate beds. Two bathrooms with the same equipment. Good WiFi. Safe parking in the basement and quick access to the main roads and quite close to major attractions.

The apartment was very clean and ready for use.
We were very happy with the accommodations and the location is 10-15 mins from everywhere. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay again on the next trip.
