Chiharu who accepted us was so nice and welcoming!
It was a little hard to find. The solution was to chat with the office via booking app and get clear instructions including this google map link https://maps.app.goo.gl/bmQMVJUsPwEN8MjT9 and the entrance photo I attached.

The hospitality staff were top notch. We felt welcomed and staff was very helpful with all of the questions we had. The home was clean and we loved all the amenities. We loved staying here and wish we had more time.

Extremely nice facility with bedrooms, hot tub and nice dining area to have meals and relax. The location was great with a subway station nearby. Getting access to the room via door codes and a private elevator was surprisingly easy and convenient.

Everything else was perfect. Location, amenities, cleanliness
We book for 7 people and the room we got did not have enough normal beds. Some people needed to sleep on the floor

It's quite Japanese style. The shower room and hot tub really nice. Good washing machine. Nice projector screen and Netflix etc
So difficult to find. Needs sign outside! Needs a sofa to sit on to watch movies. I would suggest change the tired venetian blinds to blackout curtains

It’s my 2nd time here... 1st was last Dec.2020 and next was just recently. The staff was very accommodating. Allowed us to extend our check-out for 1hr. since we’ve a kid.
Also, Loved that they gave us a complimentary cheesecake and special gift for the kid.
Thank you again and more power. Will stay again.
