Everything about thw place the staff and the rooms

Apartment was clean n beautiful ❤️. But it had cochroaches
Security dat worked at nyt were very rude and racist

I liked everything about the place but most likely was the heated pool👍
That there was only 1tissue that was in the bathroom and if I didn't bring another roll we would have ran out of tissue and secondly, there were no towels only 1 that was in the bathroom

Super Duper place will most definitely come back the bonus was that the kids really loved it and they enjoyed themselves

I had a good stay the swimming with warm water ☺️ my daughter enjoyed every moment there and also the beach is near.
The huge cockroaches in the kitchen 😥 I have a serious phobia for those hey. Oh and our apartment didn't have a shower that was a disappointment.

Convenient location close to all amenities and cozy little place enough for the whole family.
Door got stuck the first few days, shower hose in bath not so easy for the adults to wash. Can't say it made our experience 'bad' though..the staff attended to the door fairly quickly. Minor issues.

The couches in the lounge were very uncomfortable and old, definitely need to be upgraded

I liked the fact that was a minit to the beach and the guys at the gate (securitys ) was very friendly spar was just up the road loved everything about it

Location was great
The kitchen was dirty oil on the floor best to the stove, beds were stiff and the bedding had some burn and some stains and the couch was torn not to mention the dirty smelly pillows on the couch

The friendly security, all the favourite channels on dstv showing and the allowance of arrival and departure times
The linen had marks, reported the sleeper couch had a problem the guy did come confirmed the problem and promised to sort it out the following day never saw him again.
It was so uncomfortable to sleep on,my back still hurts.

The security staff at the entrance gave us an exceptional welcome! Our whole stay was good. You guys really did make my hubbys birthday special.
The sleeper couch in the lounge was not very comfy, but it was owk for the amount paid

no extra blanket and yet it was a cold weekend, matter was not resolved to my satisfaction.

The location was perfect my friends loved it , we needed a cool relaxed place to enjoy our weekend and we got just that

Their double bed wasn't comfortable and the bedding they should try white.

The main door needs to be fixed, we couldn't lock it properly and if we forced locking it, it didn't wanna open. We weren't allowed in the pool. The neighbors were very rude downstairs. They made our stay uncomfortable.

The apartment could use some update. The couches are not comfortable at all.Curtains are worn out, needs new bedding,high chairs,stove..the list is endless!
