Sauberkeit hat uns gefehlt. Mussten sogar fast jeden zweiten Tag nach Toilettenpapier fragen.

Отель оправдал все ожидания, мы бронировали 4 номера, ехали девочками в Стамбул погулять. Идеальное место, вечером не нужно никуда ходить, улица баров и ресторанов прям у дверей отеля. Мы брали номер делюкс, идеально ))) Дизайн удобство в номере все отличное. Я бы только порекомендовала поменять в некоторых номерах в душе смесители. А так вообще супер! Все вопросы Housekeeping решал моментально. Главное говорите и не замалчивайте, не терпите. Нам поменяли номер в первую ночь. За что отелю огромная благодарность. Спасибо за гостеприимство. За домашнюю атмосферу и дружилюбие. Персоналу всем привет от 8-ми девочек в январе )))
Номер 303, в него нельзя селиться в зимний период. потому кондиционер не работал на обогрев. Мы заехали 12.01 и нам кондиционер нужен был. Потом переехали в другой номер, и начался рай ))) В других номерах у девочек вообще проблем н е было. Они даже проветривали номера. Очень тепло! Советуем отель однозначно

You can choose this hotel because of its location and staff. The hotel manager and staff are very good and helpful.
The maintenance of such a beautiful building seems really bad. There is no technical service. I am writing in detail. If you have the windows made, there will be no sound in this room. There is definitely a problem with the plumbing. Water is coming into the room. There is a lot to be said about decoration, but it is certain that the company that did this job at that time did not understand business. Hotel management or building owners can handle anything with little expense.

I can choose this hotel for its staff. They are very good. But the hotel is neglected.

Perfect Location in the heart of Istanbul. Everything is in walking distance. Nice food street in front of the hotel.
Breakfast in the dark bunker atmosphere room is not so enlighting and also a little poor in choice.

Location. From the hotel you can reach many restaurants, bar (if you don’t mind noisy)and walk to Galata port where located a shopping mall. The staffs are nice. They are willing to help when we asked for something.

The hotel is within walking distance of everywhere. The staff is very nice and friendly. It is a historic building and the rooms were generally very clean. The bathroom is well decorated. The breakfest was good.

The hotel is located on a pedestrian street with multiple cafes, very crowded. Although not distracting in the room. May be because my room didn't face the street. Galataport is nearby which might be a plus depending on your preferences. The hotel is basically a set of rooms with tiny lobby and small dining hall. Room was good. Not like recently refreshed but still no complaints. Clean, quite spacious.
Breakfast is not good. Turkish like breakfast with practically nothing to eat :) Coffee was so so.
A complement bottle of water and toothbrush/toothpaste would be nice..

I loved everything about this hotel, a special thanks to Mr. Erdal and the reception staff in general, they were very kind and very helpful.

breakfast: poor and always empty, especially in comparison to nearby cafes, offering proper Turkish breakfast; coffee at the breakfast - is one of the worst I tried. also bathroom in the lobby is rather dirty

Despite arriving late, the staff at the Istanbul hotel were incredibly accommodating and made sure we were able to check in smoothly.

The first night we couldn't sleep because the windows overlooked the street. Friday was unbearably noisy. after changing room, everything was great.
If you are a light sleeper, don't book a street view room.
