The Rooms are bit oldy but all the necessities that one can have. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Good Keep it up.

I like its location Though it's difficult for older people to climb such a height, yet it's right on the of Mall road in Murree

Not much clean Staff didn't react to your request promptly toiletries were missing

The hotel was very nice and clean. It's worth the amount that I paid. The staff was very professional. It was more than I expected. Usually, in muree staff is not good but I had very nice experience in this hotel.

One thing I would like to mention is that I met a couple of people at GPO muree just a few steps away from the hotel they were not the staff of the hotel, and they misguided us and said "Hotel One" is closed and not there anymore. They actually want us to use the hotel, which they suggested because they will get commission from that hotel. Guys, just stay away from that type of scammers. Best of luck.

Very good. Central location, well trained staff, easy to check in, great service from other staff, great facilities, big room and bathroom, great view over the mountains, great breakfast. 10/10
