location is excellent, two good sized bedrooms and wrap around balcony with partial sea view. everything was very clean and the owner Marco very helpful

only thing to note is that the single bedroom Kia very small.

Very large apartment with 2.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room area. The host, Marco, is very nice and helpful. Apartment is located in a beautiful area, close to the beach and main walking street with bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and come back next time when I'm in Pescara!

Kitchen could have more plates as if somebody was cooking food by themselves, they would not be enough.

The place was very clean and cozy. It is situated close to the beach and the city centre and the owner was kind and helpful.

A perfect and friendly host! The apartment is clean, well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, which is very convenient. The location is fantastic, everything is 2 -10 minutes by walk: beach, main street, public transport, restaurants and shops.

This property was unbelievable so spacious and modern. Loved it
