2. Terrible neighbor. He is not happy that this house is rented out for business. He came to the house at night, kicked the door and he came inside the house, shouting loudly with rude speech. It's so really scary. Nannies have to call the police to take him out. It's causing our holiday to be really bad. :(
3. No support from nannies to send back our plug that we forgot. I have no idea, why?
4. TVs are in Chinese language. There is only one can be used.
5. Jacuzzi is not functioned. It can be used as a normal bath tub.
