My husband and I stayed five nights. The property is very easy to find. The check in process was smooth and easy, and the condo was exactly as it was represented. The views are stunning, the location is close to everything, the area restaurants were all terrific.

We stayed at the Emerald Surf in mid-April. The location was fantastic. The condo had some updates and some of the unit was dated. The view was breathtaking. It was easy to check in and out. Would definatly stay there again.

We enjoyed the location with great views. Condo was very comfortable. We found the provisions very basic and I would suggest you bring your own kitchen seasonings and beach towels.
We think it would improve the property if the owners replace the carpet with plank flooring sometime in the future.

The place was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but that’s ok. There was an issue for two days where the elevators didn’t work and you couldn’t park in parking garage due to maintenance. So finding a parking spot was challenging. We enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect! Location is great! Steps from the beach , 2-3 miles to get to many Restaurants and grocery stores. A few restaurants that you could walk to .Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes pots and pans etc. The only thing being an older person is the sliding glass doors are heavy and we’re hard for me to open and close. .Can’t wait to book again. Also Communication with Jan was top notch! I’ll definitely be back.

Emerald Surf is my favorite place to be.
The condo was clean and comfortable. Management communication was good.
The kitchen is well stocked except for lack of steak knives and a decent knife for cooking.
Only other complaint would be the bedroom doors are louvered so you can hear everything that's going on in the next room.
I would definitely stay there again.

We've rented with "Ms Jan" for years and she became a household name to us growing up. She is kind and great with her communication before and during our stay. Emerald Surf has a wider stretch of beach than some of the higher rise condo's which gives you lots of space to spread out and enjoy the sun without the crowds! Highly recommend you stay with Ms Jan!

The view was absolutely beautiful. Jan was amazing and quickly responded with any questions we had. I enjoyed the location. It wasn't overcrowded. Sitting in between Pensacola and Destin was wonderful. We ventured to both locations while we were there. I would definitely come back to this condo. Our only regret was not staying longer.
