With great balcony views of Jervis Bay and located only 5 minutes walk to the water and 10 minutes to the shops, our holiday house has been a favourite with our family for years. And now, after a complete internal renovation, we have made it available for others to enjoy. 600 metres - 7 minutes to Orion Beach.

Other than the nonsensical lack of wifi and airconditioning (a dealbreaker for me in summer) I loved my stay here. The view is really something (better than the photos) and you can see it from the main bedroom as well as the upstairs living areas and balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped, there are two lounge rooms and the layout is user friendly. The previously-mentioned north-facing undercover balcony meant that rain wasn't a problem and the bay with its little beaches and great running and walking track is only a few minutes' amble away. I've stayed in Huskisson before but now prefer Vincentia, away from the hustle and bustle.
Belle Properties were fabulous to deal with, but an early request through Stayz to the owners still has not been answered a fortnight later; communication is lacking from them. I was also greeted with overflowing bins as I drove in, so first impressions weren't ideal either, but once you get inside, it's lovely (albeit very hot when I arrived).
Adding wifi and airconditioning to the mix would ensure a five-star experience, and repeat visits.

spacious, lovely view from top balcony. Only criticism was the size of the Otto bins. The recycling bin was left almost full from the previous guest.

Beautiful views
We loved everything about the house, it was very clean and has beautiful view of the ocean.
The only thing that was annoying there was no aircon only fans and it was extremely muggy when we stayed

ocean view but lack of supply
remember to bring your own hair dryer, shampoo/bath gel etc., we didn't see proper washing machine/dryer and did some shopping for paper towel/tissue etc.
