I like how the room was setup. I was spacious and neat.

We have lots of baggages and our room was at the 3rd floor and there was no elevator but that’s just a minor inconvenience.

Fantastic accomodation. Close to the subway and it's nice to have your own place when staying in the busy city of Osaka

The refrigerator made noises constantly, a tad annoying.

Plenty of beds, big space, beautiful interior.

There's no elevator and it's hard to come up if you have a lot of bags.

The beds and rooms were great. Nicely set out with a lot of room to relax. Pity the tv didn't have a Chromecast or something like that. Because there are no English stations. But our stay was really nice and we enjoyed the location near to trains and not far from the lively city centre. 😄

The bathroom was very cramped. It would have been nice to have a toaster available. And it was a bit complicated when we arrived to get into room. If we could have had the check in details sent earlier it would have saved a lot of hassle. But the lady on the phone was very patient with us even with the language barrier. 😀. The website details did not mention that there were a lot of very narrow steps to get up to the apartment. I think you should forwarn people.
