Appartement was op-en-top ingericht: flesje wijn en water bij binnenkomst en de keuken was zeer verzorgd: zout, peper, olie, thee: alles was er! ook de badkamer met een eerste hulppakketje was volledig ingericht. Föhn, strijkijzer, strijkplank, kortom alles wat je thuis ook nodig hebt was aanwezig.

De tuin lag in de schaduw: dat was een minpuntje, maar je kunt de zon opzoeken aan het zwembad. Zeer koud water, dat wel, maar voldoende ligbedden en douches.

Bodenebene Terrasse mit einem Tischgarnitur zum draußen Frühstücken. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett, großer Fernseher mit Streaming-Diensten wie Netflix und Amazon Prime. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, kleiner Laden in 50 Meter, halb Dutzend Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Meer 10 Minuten entfernt (kein großartiger Strand), Naturpark direkt vor der Tür. Alle Entfernungen sind lächerlich: der nächste großer Stadt Los Cristianos/Las Americas ist in 12 Fahrminuten, Flughafen 20 Minuten, Santa Cruz 50 Minuten.

Trotz der mitgeteilten Ankunftszeit (auch bestätigt) wir haben 1,5 Stunden vor dem Haus gewartet. Keine Wäschewechsel oder Reinigung in 2 Wochen. Und leider kein Sonnenschein auf den kleinen gemütlichen Grundstück. Deshalb die 2 Liegen, die da stehen machen überhaupt keinen Sinn.

The apartment is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet and the host is very friendly. Because we had a late flight we were able to leave the apartment later. The internet is great. The apartment has its own parking space in the garage, but we did not use it because there was always space on the street. The apartment is excellent value for money.

Very nice apartment with large fenced outdoor area, perfect for our 2 year old daughter. The pool is right next door. Everything you need to live in for a few weeks is available. The location in town is perfect, supermarkets, many restaurants and everything else are within walking distance. The place itself is very quiet. The contact with the host was very pleasant, questions and concerns were always answered quickly

Apartment is as described, good location, walking distance to everything, but in the quiet area as well. Place was extra clean, host was helpful and we enjoyed the terrace. I can recommend this place with no doubt.

Ground floor location was perfect for my needs. Very easy access to the apartment.

Noise travels through the ceiling if other occupants move chairs etc....

The location of Palm Mar is perfect has just enough bars, cafes and restaurants as is far from the madding crowds yet still by the sea. The apartment was very easy for me as I use a mobility scooter and the access was no problem. The owner was very prompt with a response to my messages and always helpful.

pillows too soft no support. no sun in garden, shame but not a deal breaker.
