parc ou communauté Sandusky. Cette unité est proche des restaurants et des boutiques pittoresques au coeur de
centre ville. Avec 22 'plafonds lofted et un balcon français à l'eau. Tout est flambant neuf,

heure. propriété sécurisée au bord du lac. Il y a même un accès gratuit à plein temps à la salle de fitness
centre situé dans le complexe. Louez un bateau ou apportez-en un pour la pêche au doré ou le saut d'île en île.

Enjoyed our stay here! Sister trip! Close to many places and very clean condo! Great location for just about any day trip you want to take! Comfy furniture and beds and all the amenities you could need! My only suggestion would be that a wagon of some type left in the condo for guests to use while toting groceries and personal items to and from the car to condo would be extremely helpful!

We were in town for a softball tournament at Sandusky's Sports Force Park for the week and were looking for something other than a hotel. We loved everything about this condo! The location to the sports park and Cedar Point... both were about 15 minutes away from the condo. Great restaurants all within steps of the lofts. The condo faces the lake and allowed for stunning sunsets (when we were there to see them!) The description is accurate. (For the record, the one bedroom does not have a window and my kids thought that was the BEST room because it was like cave with zero light. It is a preference on the window, so the property should not get dinged for that... GREAT room for families with little kids that are still napping!) Overall we would absolutely come back and stay here! The owner is super responsive and was easy to deal with... even when I asked a bunch of questions. We LOVED our time in Sandusky!

This place is stunning! Right on the water with the best sunsets! Downtown has lots of things to do within easy walking distance. Great security features too for building entry and parking (although I saw no reason for it).

Our family really enjoyed our stay!! Relaxing on the comfortable couch with a amazing view of the lake was incredible!! The sunsets were beautiful!! The beds were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again!! Our family loved it!

The best things about this property were the location, the view, the pool, and the responsiveness of the owner. Things not under his control, like the guest bedroom with no windows, could not be helped. The overall dark and dingy aesthetic of the place, the ill-repair of the place, the ill-equipped of the place ARE in the owners control. The dark brown paint, heavy dark leather furniture, heavy dark end tables, old and thread-bare sheets and pillow cases, old bed spreads, old prints, old lamps, old dressers, and dated décor added to the dark, dusty, dingy overall feel of the place. It needs better lighting overall, updated furniture, and findings, and equipment. The owner seems to have chosen to ignore inspecting the cleaning that is done to turn the unit, taking inventory of what equipment might be needed, and checking for what necessary maintenance might be needed. The toilet in the hall had to be attended to due to low water or float/chain issues. The silverware was of the cheap 'stamped tin metal' variety. There were no wine glasses. (The owner responded immediately to requests for new silverware and wine glasses.) The primary bedroom bath has mold at the ceiling, the wood near the sliding door is buckled due to moisture, both baths showers are moldy. Overall, the place is dusty and dirty and not as clean as it could be made to be. We also wondered why we weren't offered replenishment of toilet paper, paper towels, given we booked the place for a month. We won't stay there again because we look for places that are sparkling clean, bright, and with décor that is current. This wasn't it for us.

Good central location, walking distance to the Express Ferry dock and several decent restaurants (and several lousy ones too). Convenient parking and a nice swimming pool and large sundeck. The fitness center is basic; the one weight machine in there has a broken station and limited accessories. A great view of the water from the large wall-to-wall window, and good size 2BR/2BA unit . Not as clean or maintained as a room at a name brand hotel. Floor was dusty and several light bulbs are burned out. The mattress in the MBR is awful, lumpy and spongy. (Mattress should have been replaced 2-3 years ago.) The binder in the unit containing information about local activities is just obsolete copies of webpages (no insider tips) and sorely in need of updating "New for 2008!". Bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. We didn't and had to drive to Walmart to buy some. Note: There is a BIG construction project underway all around this building, so there is a lot of noise and dust being kicked-up on weekdays, the access road is temporarily one-way, and walking is not as carefree as it should be.
