Charis, the owner is very friendly and helpful, the apartment cannot be in better location. Clean, quiet, big enough, fully equipped - you won´t be disappointed, I am sure.

The hot water in the shower was a bit like the weather in april - unpredictable...

Haris was a wonderful host! He met us at the property and gave us a walk-through and answered any questions we had before he left. Everything we needed was on site when we arrived. I hope to get to stay there again in the future!

The unit's location is good

The carpet felt dirty and damp. Shower was small and floor was slippery with no floor mat. The shower curtain was quite useless actually. We did not meet the host upon our arrival and only managed to contact via messages.

Everything was perfect, we had a lovely time here and in the city also!

The location was excellent, the apartment itself was very spacious and well equipped, and decorated. The owner was very polite and very helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The shower in the bathroom could have been more spacious, even by missing or relocating the washing machine. It was narrow and after every shower, we had to mop the water from the toilet floor.

perfect location very clean apartment as the name suggested- easy to walk everywhere market and shops nearby - and yet quiet and save environment owner very friendly and welcoming

as mention - shower a bit small and there's no place to hang the shower head lack of Electrical outlet in the bedrooms but its minor issues - nothing you cannot handle

The apartment is absolutely fantastic! 3 spacious bedrooms, very clean and modernly furnished. The location was great, in the city centre just beside Kapani market. You can easily get fresh breakfast. There is a bakery just beside and you can buy fruit at the market. There is a good parking garage just 200 meters from the apartment. Our very friendly host helped us very well preparing our arrival. He is very hospitable! We certainly can recommend the apartment!

Amazing location, right in the heart of everything. Small market in the square was lovely. Comfortable beds.

One of the bedrooms didn't seem to have a power outlet anywhere I could see it to charge my phone.

Place is beautiful and it feels like a home! It is a huge apartment, well equipped in a very good location in the center of Thessaloniki. The host is always available for anything. Hope to stay here again soon. High recommendation!

- Superb location: Conveniently located right off Aristotle Square, but tucked into a quiet side street. Adjacent to a fresh produce market and many quaint shops and restaurants. - Rooms were comfortable, beds nice and firm, windows very soundproof (although area outside is quiet). - Very well-equipped, with nice little balconies. - Good water pressure. - Good air-conditioning in the bedrooms. - Smooth check-in process. Good communication with our host (even though we arrived during a holiday). Proprietor made arrangements for us to use a nearby parking garage. Very convenient.

- Bathroom was a little snug, with a very small stand-up shower. - Kitchen was tiny (but well-equipped). - Two of the bedrooms are connected, and you need the door between them to be open if you were running the air-conditioner at night because the a/c was only in one of those two bedrooms

Cleaning could be better. We didn't get the keys until around 4 p.m o'clock.That was a problem for us because we arrived tired and had to walk around the city until the apartment was ready for us.

The location is very centralized. Lots of fresh fish and produce on your door step. It's easy to walk to the water and most landmarks. Lots of resturants nearby.

It wasn't a problem but there are a few things that are scheduled for repairs. One bathroom can be a challenge for a group and the ceiling in the bathroom is very low which is a challenge for people taller than 6 feet.

The bathroom was small and the shower was even smaller. It was hard to maneuver.

The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The kitchen was small but it was perfect for the 5 of us. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having breakfast. We also liked hanging out in the living room. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Harry was an excellent host. If I have a chance to visit Thessaloniki again, I will definitely contact Harry and see if this apartment is available.

The bathroom was really small and had a low ceiling covered in fungi. The shower curtain wasn't very good so we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom while showering. It was not a problem for us and we quickly got used to it.

Perfect location–close to all main attractions, great restaurants and shopping by foot. However it was quiet at night. The place was very spacious for three adults. Our host was excellent–very helpful. There was a small issue with a lightbulb and we needed laundry soap but he came over right away to fix it/bring it over. He also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. Nice terrasse too. We were able to do laundry in the machine and use the drying rack.

Shower/bathroom a little small. Kitchen is not very big and separate from the main dining area so you have to carry food down the hallway which was fine, just a bit awkward layout.
