The condo was exactly like the pics and listing! No disappointment in any area! A beautiful view from the living room and bedroom! Hosts thought of every touch to make our visit nice. One of our best experiences and favorite place!

My husband and I celebrated our 19th anniversary here! If you are looking for a great place to rest… look no further! This house is close to downtown Charelston (about 8 miles) and about 8 miles to Folly Beach. We were able to tour during the day and spend the evenings at the beach and loved every second! The house has all the amenities you could ask for and the pool and the river behind is a wonderful view and area to relax. Do not hesitate to book this space as it was one of the best places we have found to date!

We loved everything about our stay here at Dinos and Cherie’s VRBO. It was like a home away from home. Having an elevator helped so much with all our luggage. From the welcome bottle of wine and basket of treats to the going home treats, it was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! The sunsets in the evening off the dock are amazing and we even got to see dolphins playing a few evenings. Dinos and Cherie, you were the perfect host and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again if we ever visit Charleston. We have already referred some friends and family to this little slice of heaven! Thank you for sharing your home and hospitality for our anniversary getaway!

When we thought about where we wanted to go for a getaway, we knew we wanted to return to Cherie and Dinos’ lovely home. Everything about it is absolutely delightful - from the exceptionally clean and well maintained apartment to the beautiful pool and dock. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge!

Cherie and Dinos are the epitome of southern hospitality! This unit is in such a beautiful location. The view of the river from the living room and bedroom was spectacular and the location is convenient to both Charleston and the sea islands. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extra touches. My son loved fishing right from the dock and I enjoyed relaxing in the pool and looking up at the Spanish moss. can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Right on the river gives lovely views. Heated pool is a bonus.

This is a great property in a great location. Access to all Charleston and surrounding areas with short driving distance. Beautiful location on the Shono River. Hosts were thoughtful and very helpful. House had the little things you don't always think about. Will definately recommend this location to friends and will stay here again next time we go back to Charleston.

Dinos and Cherie couldn't have been better hosts!! From the minute we first booked we texted back and forth with questions and immediate answers. They were lovely to work with and couldn't have been more cordial. The beautiful apartment included everything you could think of, even a washer/dryer, elevator and your own garage. The decor was lovely with very comfortable furniture and bed. The back yard was unsurpassed by any VRBOs we've stayed. With the Stono River, gorgeous oak trees, and beautiful pool (free for us to use) how could it be more beautiful? We will definitely be back! Marci And Chuck p.s. Owners are really nice and the location is convenient to Charleston and the islands near by

First the hosts were simply the best and thought of every detail and the home was fully stocked with anything you would possibly need. They were so thoughtful and gracious and had the southern hospitality we strive to have in SC. The location is just ideal with the water views, dolphin sightings and beautiful southern oaks. There was a freak coastal low weather front that was on top of us all weekend but the views and accommodations made it so relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend to other travelers.

Just as pictured, very pleasant stay. Our only suggestion would be to add a stairs to the apartment deck. The elevator is awesome but it would be awkward to bother the hosts in case of a power outage.

This venue is a keeper! Located on the Southern intercostal waterway surrounded by age old oaks clothed in Spanish Moss. It is a pleasure to wake up to! The unit is spotless and well decorated in happy shades of blue! The hosts, Cherie and Dinos, sincerely reflect the Southern Hospitality making our visit the highlight of our vacation to Savanah and Charleston.

Visiting Charleston for the first time from the UK. Had a fantastic break and this property provided a calm, relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Very easy renting and getting too!

Very pretty and well appointed detached one BR apt with balcony directly on the river. Spanish moss adorned trees enhance the Charleston experience.

We are thrilled with our stay with Dinos and Cherie! They were amazing hosts and have a spectacular house. The apartment had many small personal touches that made it feel homey, and it was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our private balcony and the pier in the backyard. We will most certainly be back!

Very private. Owner very responsive and included lots of little extras. Right on water. Pool present (but in midst of being refurbished during our visit) about 10-12 minutes to DT Charleston. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. All the amenities you need. Will be back when in the area!

This property is wonderful inside and out. It is extremely clean with attention to all the details to make a stay here very comfortable. The hosts are lovely and thoughtful. The view is beautiful and the location makes getting to downtown Charleston easy as well as a day trip to Hilton Head or Kiawah. We can’t wait to return! We highly recommend taking a book out on the floating dock!

The owners were literally the kindest people we have ever met. The property is absolutely stunning from front to back and top to bottom. This was an incredible stay!

We were very happy with the cleanliness and roominess of the property. Beautiful view and comfortable furnishings made our stay special. The hosts were great and it was nice to have them on property to quickly act on a very minor issue. The elevator was so nice to have and it was wonderful to park in the garage. We were close to everything we wanted to do in Charleston and we will be back on our next trip to the area!
