Cleanliness.
Ease of access.
No security gate to lock up vehicle.
No bench space, chair in bathroom. (Plenty of room for one).
No chair in bedroom for clothing, (Plenty of room for one).
Curtains in both rooms need maintenance.

It was private. Free parking, right at the entrance. We got an upgrade to an apartment with a full kitchen and two bedrooms. There was plenty of room.
Pictures on the Panasonic TV had a yellow tinge. We would have appreciated a coffee table in the lounge area. My wife had problems with the shower running into the rest of the bathroom, though I didn’t. There was no bedside lamp for the right hand side of the king bed in the main room.

We have stayed here in 105 before and the apartment is clean and has undercover parking. Also easily located near shops.

The host was really understanding and was willing to give us the keys an hour before the check in time. She was friendly and showed us the facilities once we checked in. The apartment was surprisingly big and spacious with a really nice balcony.
The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was excellent- right across the road from the shopping centre.
We would definitely stay there again.

This place has everything - easy to find, close to shops and restaurants, spacious, well appointed, easy access, on-site parking, well priced. Really enjoyed our stay.

The table was very low [for older folk]. The fold out bed/lounge not very comfy for seating.

Location is extremely convenient. Surrounded by supermarkets and take away restaurants. Apartment was clean and well maintained with all required facilities. Will definitely stay again in the future.

It's like a home away from home. Very comfortable and modern.. Excellent location as next to shops, cafes etc. The units are so quiet and parking is undercover. We just keep returning. Rennae is just so kind and lovely..

Clean, car space was close
Difficult to contact anyone in charge. I accidentally deleted the door code after we entered . It took quite some time to re-obtain the code. We felt trapped.

Morrisett serviced apartments were Amazing!! Very spacious, clean, shops and local pub walking distance. Will definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10!!
